The Real Reason Why Music Is Getting Worse
Publishers are talking up a subscription model for books. You pay a monthly fee and download whatever from their catalogue. They want to drain writers just like Spotify killed music. But authors can't do live shows to earn money, like most musicians have to in order to pay their bills.
