La journaliste Ariane Lavrilleux a été perquisitionnée et gardée à vue par la DGSI mardi matin, dans le cadre d’une enquête pour "compromission du secret de la défense nationale".
Co-autrice des "Egypt Papers" pour Disclose, elle "révèle l’opération militaire Sirli qui rend la France complice de possibles crimes contre l’humanité" raconte le média.
Des centaines de personnes étaient rassemblées ce mercredi soir à République à Paris en soutien à la journaliste.
Disclose dénonce une manoeuvre sans précédent pour tenter d'accéder aux sources des journalistes.
Les enquêteurs de la DGSI reprochent à Ariane Lavrilleux d’avoir signé 5 articles sur les ventes d’armes françaises à l’étranger, selon Disclose. Le média écrit : "Elle s’appuyait sur plusieurs centaines de documents « confidentiel-défense » pour documenter une campagne d’exécutions arbitraires orchestrée par la dictature égyptienne du maréchal Al-Sissi, avec la complicité de l’État français".
Ariane Lavrilleux a été libérée mercredi soir après 39h de garde à vue.
La DGSI ainsi que la juge d’instruction ont assuré n’avoir gardé aucune donnée. Mais Anne Lavrilleux n’a pas réussi à obtenir de trace écrite. La journaliste raconte une garde à vue difficile, avec plusieurs interrogatoires.
Les agents « ont usé de techniques de manipulations pour avoir des informations, et une fausse sympathie », raconte-t-elle.
Reporters sans frontières souhaite une révision de la loi de protection des sources qui présente des « carences ».
Les journalistes assurent que cela ne les arrêtera absolument pas, et que cela révèle qu'ils touchent à quelque chose qui dérange.
Cette histoire ne concerne pas seulement les journalistes, mais tous les citoyens et la démocratie, avance Amnesty International.
