I have so much jalapenos, don't know what to do with them

I love growing #peppers, but don't eat them much. My #jalapeno peppers is thriving since I replanted it into a 10L soil bag with fresh fertilizer. I have already picked some 10-12 of them already and have twice as many on this plant.

Have to learn how to pickle/ferment them.

One of my #Jalapeno peppers is about 90cm tall.

Remember it was full of #aphids and was afraid it would die.
Cleaned it up and trimmed it to the bare minimum and been feeding it organic #fertilizer and 1L of water every day.

It is full of #flowers and already picked about 20 peppers from if. It is my most successful plant in a long time. Specially since it got a new pot filled with old soil mixed with #vermiculite and compost.

No new flowers but several large #jalapeno peppers!

One of the 3 jalapeno pepper plants I grew from seeds last summer keep giving me fresh peppers since late June last year.

Kept 2 outside and one inside to see the difference in growth. They seems to be growing the same.

I think this summer I will have enough peppers to make a couple of jars of fermented #peppers.

(All plants are soil based).

Time to spice up the next soup!

Lots of jalapeno peppers are growing on the 4 plants i have. 2 in soil doing much better than the 2 hydroponic ones.

But I'm happy to have them healthy and giving me peppers no matter how big they are.

I am excited because I did a seed exchange with a guy and he is sending me seeds of giant jalapeno, they are the size of bell peppers and less spicy than the small ones. I think I can train myself to eat them raw with food or in sandwich.

Jalapeno peppers grow from seeds i saved last year are growing so good!

Suddenly, i have about 8 jalapeno pepper plants! They were not germinating and i had given up on them but they just started all together and this one (on a flimsy self watering pot)is the talesst3and has several peppers already.

Have to look for a good receipt to pickle them, because i don't use them that much.

(I love growing more than eating them, it's like a challenge, have to call around and see if anyone 8s interested in having them or exchange for some flowers or something).
