The question is whether we can make out what's actually being said, and for most, it will take some concentration--Miller's train of thought isn't easy to follow as he skips around from subject to subject.
And some words have been obscured, presumably to avoid censorship.
One of the subjects he mentions is the current rash of earthquakes, and Dutchsinse's updates have been quite interesting on that subject too.
He also mentions SuspiciousObservers youtube channel and the info presented there, though he didn't go into any detail except to recommend that we create Victory Gardens.
