Uhm, there is obviously not much time left to publish stuff in my beloved random shit category in 2023..

So .. here we go.

There is actually a reason for me to get a bit of OCD handling things the right way.

Some few years ago, i started to label all my power supplies, wall warts, youname it. Usually with the delivered voltage, sometimes even the max ampere it can deliver.

Why?

The f.... so i don't always need to carry a looking glass, a camera or maybe even freakin glasses to find a random power supply whenever i need one.

So this latest one was a more or less very special one. Usually, such wall warts deliver 5 or 12 volts and between 0.5 and 2 or maybe even 3 amps..... The bigger ones usually from and for laptops deliver something between 16 and 24 volts and lots of ampere if needed.

But this special one is, truly special. Delivering a whopping 22V at 1 Amp.. It's for a charging cradle for a CB handheld trancseiver and will charge 9 AA/LR6 cells in a pack at once... yikes. ;)

Neue (alte) Hobbies und neue erfahrungen.

Ich hab mir wieder ein CB Funkgerät angeschafft... Und da die antennensituation noch suboptimal is und offenbar (noch) niemand in der direkten nachbarschaft erreichbar is, steht das gerät also erstmal 24/7 im scan modus...

Und spricht heute morgen um 0750 auf gleich zwei wirre radare an die im 27mhz bereich rumkrakelen....

Das is ma was neues davon geweckt zu werden.. *narf* ;)

O.k. .. let me make something absolutely clear..

This is actually the absolutely only contribution i have to give for all this "christmas" shenanigans.

It's just a "colorful led cristmas tree" i once bought because i liked the colors .. but it was absolutely to bright to be in my living room.

So, this is the third year this "tree" is hanging in the main window right besides the main entrance of our 4 appartement building.

And we now have 2 tiny kids (about 3 and 2 yrs old iirc?;)) who are totally loving the sparkling bright shining color leds....

Muh. ;)

(No i'm not a grinch, i'm just not a christian either. ;))

Heh .. shit gut 30 jahre ist es jetzt her, das ich als jugendlicher auf St Pauli schräg gegenüber der Herbertstraße lebte.

In einer jugendwohnung .. die nur teilzeitbetreut war..

Shit war das noch eine geile zeit ..... frühe 90er .... als jugendlicher, ohne irgendjemanden der mir groß was vorschrieb zu leben.

Versteht mich bitte nicht falsch, ich möchte keinen aktuellen vorall ins lächerliche ziehen oder irgendwie kleinreden.

#Weirde #Gedankensprünge nummer unklar.

Ich schau grad ein Mentour Pilot video wo er wiedermal ein paar rahmenpararameter für flight diversion - also umleitungen - spricht.

Und muss dann einfach unwillkürlich daran denken, wie das wohl letztens mit dem Flughafen Hamburg gewesen sein muss..

"Sehr geehrte damen und herren, leider ist unser zielflughafen aufgrund eines polizeieinsatzes gesperrt. Wir fliegen sie nun nach Hannover und entschuldigen uns für die unnanehmlichkeiten."

Sätze die für hamburger S- und U-Bahn nutzer fast halbwegs normal sind (haltestellensperrung wg polizei/feuerwehr/rettungswageneinsatz), mal auf einem "höheren" level...
