At least 10 Houthis were killed today and two wounded when US forces struck their boats in the southern Red Sea, two sources at Yemen’s Hodeida port say

The United States and the United Kingdom are planning to launch a joint wave of airstrikes against the Houthis in Yemen!

Under the plans the U.K. would join with the U.S. and possibly another European country to unleash a salvo of missiles against pre-planned targets, either in the sea or in Yemen itself, where the militants are based.

It is understood that 'an unprecedented statement' is due to be released by the U.K. and the U.S. in the coming hours which will warn the Houthis to stop attacking commercial vessels or face the military might of the West.

PS. France just announced that they are joining the fight against Yemen.

"The Houthis, not the PLA (China), were the first to hit a ship with an operational ballistic missile, [a technology] that can be traced back to China" - Military analyst Zhang Bin explains how China's anti-ship ballistic missile (ASBM) technology reached Yemen via Iran.

Excerpt from a video posted today to Zhang's 450K Douyin followers:

🔶️"This time, the Houthis used an anti-ship ballistic missile supplied by Iran, the Khalij Fars-2 [sic]. This is a modified Fateh-110 ballistic missile from Iran. The technology originated in China. Back in the day, we used to convert our HQ-2 surface-to-air missile into a cheaper version of the B610 and B611 ballistic missiles in order to capture the market niche for short-range ballistic missiles.

🔶️"This is the "8610 Project" that was launched during the Iran-Iraq war. Not only did it go to Iran, but Turkey also purchased our B610 and B611 ballistic missiles. Iran felt that the performance of the missiles they had was very good, so they developed the Tondar-69 with our assistance... Then, based on our technology, Iran created the Fateh-110 and the longer-range Fateh-313.

🔶️"After developing the Khalij Fars-2 [sic] anti-ship ballistic missile, Iran became the world's second country to have a conventional anti-ship ballistic missile. Of course, we had to be the first. This time, the Houthis attacked a cargo ship. It's not the same as attacking a warship.

🔶️"This Khalij Fars-2 missile is actually quite old technology, isn't it? So, this wasn't particularly impressive. It is no longer difficult for a frigate to intercept it. What's important is that already 40 years ago we had the foundation for anti-ship ballistic missile technology, which has evolved into today's Dongfeng-21D and Dongfeng-26, among other sophisticated models of anti-ship ballistic missiles. "It is not something that anyone can simply defend against. Even the most fortified US aircraft carrier battle group will not be able to avoid our "Dongfeng Express" greetings. Of this, you can be certain."

PS. Spain has already said that they have never agreed to be part of this "coalition"
PSS. What the hell can Seychelles contribute here?

#Pentagon is worried that the cost of it's operation in the red sea maybe too high for them to handle.

"Using a $2M missile to intercept a home made missile that cost $2000 is going to be expensive in the long run".

#Italy haa also said they are sending some of their navy to the red sea to help with the operation.

It's just amazing that the richest countries in the world are gathered all in one place to fight against the poorest country in the world in order to please the apartheid regime of #Israel and to make sure they can go on with their genocidal war in #Gaza.
