Colonel Macgregor referred to the #DeepState as being a coalition of prominent lobbies, congressmen and senators, putting together a plan which was clearly hatched in the 90s. He specifically mentioned Richard Perle, Paul Wolfowitz, Dov Zakheim. #who said if they could capture and #control the #oilfields in the Middle East then #China becomes hostage (to the oil, gas etc) and #Israel benefits enormously.

An explosion kills the head of Russia's nuclear defense forces in Moscow

KYIV — A top Russian military leader accused of using banned chemical weapons against Ukrainian troops was assassinated in Moscow on Tuesday. A source from Ukraine's security service confirmed to NPR that the security service was behind the killing.\

Lt. Col. Igor Kirillov had been in charge of the Russian military's nuclear, biological and chemical protection forces since 2017. Kirillov and one of his aides were killed after an explosive device planted in a scooter detonated.\

The killing took place near the entrance of a residential building in southeastern Moscow, where Russian state media said Kirillov lived. Video shared on Russian social media, which NPR could not independently verify, shows blasted windows and burned buildings at the site.

It adds that nuclear weapons could be used in these scenarios: If reliable information is received about the takeoff or launch of strategic and tactical aircraft, cruise missiles, drones, hypersonic or other flying vehicles and their crossing the Russian border.

So a #military drone across the border is enough? Nearly the same bullshit is standing in the US version. This means they can use nuclear weapons in every war at any time.
