#spring
Digital art. My store of imagery- to make a GIF. I have those individual jpegs’ “entertained here a few”. They are in freehand digital conception. They are nothing more then a conceptual mix of tones, colours, free falling line’s, or an elephant perhaps? Someone discarding to a napkin..... #digitalart
the placing of a multi pixelated angle of triangles in filtering in a crystal filter.
the conceptual intent came in the form of, a filter resembling Vincent.

Looking for a finer view.
The #September #Equinox will occur in about 15 minute from now (06:49Z) when the #Sun will be directly overhead about the #Equator at #midday somewhere over the #IndianOcean. #Autumn begins for people on this half of the world and #Spring for the other half.
It's a hot late #spring day and I was sitting the conservatory as #birds were flitting around the back #garden. Here's a verdant scene of the #flowering #potato #plants I took while waiting with a #telephoto lens for any #sparrows to show up.
One #HouseSparrow did visit the #birdfeeder and I got this nice profile. It almost looks like it's holding a pose for me.
Seconds later, it flew right up to within 3-4 m under the shade of a #rose #bush no doubt looking for aphids and I caught this rather contrasting, scary image of the same #bird as it might look to one of its tiny victims.

The #pollinators have done their job with the #apple #tree. There are now many nascent #fruit on it clumped in groups of about four to five. Here's a close up of one.
Elsewhere, the #potato #plants are flowering. Maybe you don't associate nice #flowers with a food plant but I think these look rather pretty.

Last one on the #Dartmoor theme for today. #DartmoorPonies roam wild on the #moor and are free to do so as they are a protected species. They will usually leave people alone but they will defend themselves by biting or kicking if provoked. It's wise to keep a respectful distance from them.
Another week on #Dartmoor and another #dam and #spillway. This one is from #Venford #reservoir and is quite an unusual dam constructed of #masonry. It was opened in the first decade of the twentieth century. A couple of decades ago, work was done to ensure the spillway could handle flood events of increasing magnitude as a result of #GlobalWarming. As you can see there was some flow today over it.
#Dartmoor in #springtime. The landscape of Dartmoor is quite varied although it is geologically a #granite intrusion into the Earth's crust it has been shaped by weathering, erosion and human intervention, such as #agriculture and #forestry. Here we see a #river #valley in the background and a #TreeStump in the foreground. The weather was as benign as can be expected there as you can tell by the blue #sky and light clouds.
