‘Free Citizen’ Alaskan Pilot Convicted Of Flying Without Certificate - William Marsan faces up to three years in jail for federal convictions

The investigation revealed he hadn't had a valid medical since 2020 and requested the registration on his aircraft be canceled in 2022. The FAA issued an emergency revocation of his ATP in 2024, but he continued to fly the unregistered Cherokee Six. He represented himself at the trial, which lasted three days. Although he was arrested last September, he is not currently in custody and will be sentenced in April. He could be jailed for up to three years and fined $250,000 on each of the charges. Prosecutors also want the Cherokee seized.

The Xi'an H-6 (Chinese: 轰-6; pinyin: Hōng-6) is a twin-engine jet bomber of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF). The H-6 is a license-built version of the Soviet Tupolev Tu-16 and remains the primary bomber aircraft of the People's Republic of China.
- Delivery of the Tu-16 to China began in 1958, and a license production agreement with the Soviets was signed in the late 1950s. By November 2020, the PLAAF had as many as 231, and continued to build the aircraft.
- The latest variant of the H-6 is the H-6N, a heavily redesigned version capable of aerial refueling and carrying air-launched cruise missiles. "Last night, July 19, 2024, a large M7.4 (M7.3) earthquake struck the border of North #Chile and #Bolivia / #Argentina.

As we would expect, after last weeks M7.1 deep earthquake in Philippines, (and M6.2 deep earthquake in Japan)--- 8 days prior to today -- we are now seeing the spread of M6.0 and M7.0+ earthquakes as well as the equidistant spaced M5.0+ earthquakes between each point which broke.

The only thing missing from this past weeks earthquake forecast is the area of North Japan to Kuril Islands breaking with a new M7.0 or greater earthquake."
