Cela dit des pétitions individuelles n'ont pas tellement de sens malgré tout.
Y a-t-il des initiatives de la part d' ONG dans la même direction ?

Mardi 5 octobre, la commission des finances de l’Assemblée nationale a adopté l'amendement de Marc Le Fur (LR) visant à supprimer "le bénéfice de la réduction d'impôt pour les dons aux associations dont les adhérents sont reconnus coupables d'actes d'intrusion sur les propriétés privées agricoles et établissements industriels ou d'actes de violence vis-à-vis de professionnels".
Concrètement, il s'agit de priver les donateurs, notamment de L214 et de Greenpeace, de bénéficier de l’abattement d’impôt de 60%.
Si cet amendement est voté en plénière, il touchera de plein fouet les organisations qui dénoncent les dérives de notre système agricole et industriel, y compris grâce à des actions de désobéissance civile résolument non-violentes. .....
