Dear Miss Muse,
Thank you for your last message concerning your Full Spectrum Lights. They sound very nice. I've been up in the night packing the
flood lights I received. I'm shipping them back to the company. They were simply awful, of course, and not what I excepted.The lights were suppose to help me deal with the excess number of bright LED lights next door, and the city street lights as well. I'll keep trying different things until something works. It's not just light pollution/light trespass - it's outright light assault. I won't bother you with the long, complicated saga. It gives me a headache just to think about it.
I have a small Light Therapy Lamp, and a 2nd one for my indoor plant/tree, a Weeping Fig. There is very little sunlight, especially during the Winter. I also have a "grow light bulb" for the trees I've tried to grow in my apartment. These are my only experiences with Full Spectrum Lights. I think you'd be rolling on the floor laughing if you could have seen me with the Flood Light in my small kitchen. Hahahaha!
