No, Third Eye is meant for spiritual perfection, and at a lessor form can be used to see different dimensions or the future, however, anyone who wants to use it for gambling, trading, money, their third eye will not even open. They have to have high character, and a purpose for it, and that is spiritual enlightenment.

Besides they were too busy fighting among themselves.
