A wave of executions happening all over Iran.

With media busy with Israel-Gaza conflict, the IRI regime is killing both political and those who caught in drug related crimes as well as the sharia based "Qesas" (killing of people condemned for murder).

Among those killed was Ayyub Karimi, political prisoner from Mahabad who was hanged today in Karaj prison, earlier this week, Qasem Abaste, who was sentenced at the same time was killed and 5 other prisoners from the same group are also awaiting final approval from judiciary head of the IRI regime to approve their sentences.

#Ayub_Karimi left a note before his execution:

"I am Ayub Karimi a death row prisoner, this is my last breath in this world, it is too late to save my life, but please save other innocent death row prisoners. The Iranian regime is a killing machine. Every day life reaps."

حکم اعدام ایوب کریمی، زندانی عقیدتی اهل مهاباد و پدر دو فرزند پس از تحمل ١۴ سال حبس، سحرگاه امروز ۸ آذر ۴۰۲ در زندان قزلحصار کرج اجرا شد.

طی هفته‌های گذشته، قاسم آبسته یکی از هم‌پرونده‌های ایوب کریمی نیز در زندان اعدام شد و پنج هم‌پرونده‌ای دیگر آنان نیز در معرض خطر اجرای حکم اعدام قرار دارند.

#انورخضری، #خسروبشارت، #داودعبداللهی، #کامرانشیخه و #فرهاد_سلیمی، پنج زندانی سیاسی دیگر هستند که از سوی دستگاه  قضایی در دادگاهی چند دقیقه‌ای در سال ۹۴ به اعدام محکوم شدند.

این افراد در سال ۸۸ توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرهای سقز و مهاباد بازداشت شدند و پس از تحمل شکنجه‌های جسمی و روحی طاقت‌فرسا با اتهامات واهی "افساد فی الارض" در دادگاهی به ریاست "محمد مقیسه" به اعدام محکوم شدند.

هر روز زندگی درو می کند.”

People rallied and marched in Philadelphia on April 1, 2023, on the day after Judge Clemons ruled against Mumia Abu-Jamal's appeals. Mumia has been a Political Prisoner in Pennsylvania for 41 years – 28 on Death Row. He is a veteran Philadelphia Black Panther, radical radio journalist, grandfather, and foremost revolutionary thinker and writer. Mumia is a loving movement elder who uplifts struggles worldwide with his powerful voice and writings. As 15, he was a Black Panther newspaper journalist and, later, an award-winning Philadelphia radio journalist. Mumia has made thousands of radio commentaries from prison and written more than a dozen books including We Want Freedom, Live from Death Row, Jailhouse Lawyers, All Things Censored, and co-authored three volumes of Murder Incorporated, a searing critique of US imperialism. Mumia's writings are extraordinary and deeply moving. Mumia is a victim of racism and police violence - targeted by the police and FBI in its war on Black people and Black freedom movement.

IRI court has verified the sentence of #SamaneAsghari the activist with focus on children rights in Iran.

She was initially sentenced to 18 years and 3 month prison, of which 6 years and 3 month of it was approved.

She was a student at the university at the time of her capture and her request to be released by bail was denied by #IRI judiciary in #Tehran.

دادگاه انقلاب سمانه اصغری را به ۱۸ سال و سه ماه زندان محکوم کرد؛ شش سال و سه ماه این حکم قابل اجرا است

گزارش منتشرشده حاکی از صدور حکم حبس برای #سمانه_اصغری، فعال حقوق کودکان در دادگاه انقلاب است. بر اساس این گزارش شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران سمانه اصغری، دانشجوی دانشگاه خوارزمی و فعال حقوق کودکان کار را به ۱۸ سال و سه ماه زندان محکوم کرده است که یک سوم این محکومیت یعنی شش سال و سه ماه آن قابل اجرا است.
بر اساس این گزارش، دادگاه با آزادی سمانه اصغری به قید وثیقه مخالفت کرده است.
نیروهای امنیتی ۱۹ مهر ۱۴۰۱ همزمان با اعتراضات سراسری در واکنش به قتل ژینا (مهسا) امینی سمانه اصغری را بازداشت و از آن زمان او را در زندان حبس کرده‌اند.
