Today's model is a #Bumblebee on #Allium #Flowers. The flowers are attracting a steady stream of #Pollinators
This cropped image is not at full resolution as that would be bigger than my screen but it's nice to get a sharp image of the subject.
Moments later it flew onto another plant and I got this nice shot of it. Once again, the image is cropped.

The same #AppleTree as before but a different #pollinator. This #insect is a #bumblebee which was visiting the #blossoms. They sometimes spend quite a while on each #flower but this one was flitting from one to another spending barely a second on each. Thus, this #photograph was one of several I took. The image is #cropped.

That time of the year again when the Queen Bumble Bees awaken, often getting trapped in my house making lots of noise and drama. Got my Bumble Bee catching jar at hand to catch them and let them out.
Whoever tells you that long ago they built Stone Henge to tell what time of the year it is, is obviously lying through their teeth. People were NOt stupid then. FFS. Every year everything happens just at the same time, no matter what.
Following on from yesterday's #photograph which turned out to be the corpse of a #bee, today we're very much back with living #insects. Here are two views of a #wasp on an #Allium #Plant
Meanwhile, on a different plant, this #bumblebee was harvesting its own #nectar and #pollen.

I was staring at the #garden when having dinner just now and saw what looked like a dark motionless blob hanging below some #Allium #Florets. When I got closer I found it was this #bumblebee which was suspended from its hind legs only. I think it may be dead although I've know #bees to fall asleep on these plants before. But if it is dead, wouldn't it have fallen off? I don't know. If it's still there in the morning, I will presume it has expired. If not, it's sleeping in a funky way.

The plants in the #garden, in association with altruistic #insects, are doing rather well. The #Tomatoes, which are in reality about 2 cm in diameter, are at various stages of ripeness.
Here's a group of yet #green ones on a single #stalk.
And here's a close up of another bunch.
Cropping the above image, you can really see some fine detail including fine hairs and yellow dust-like particles on both the #fruit and the stalk.
There are a few #red tomatoes and here's a few amongst verdant surroundings.
Here, I actually like the texture of the background piece of #wood in contrast with the foreground living #plant,
Switching to another plant, I managed to capture the image of this #Bumblebee. They spend only moments on each #RunnerBean #flower before moving onto the next one and so it's difficult to get a decent #photograph of them in action.
Here you can see little runner beans developing. Typically, they will eventually become 20-30+ cm in length in #autumn.
