Former Federal Prosecutor Said Jim Jordan Committed A Federal Felony With His J6 Text Message That’s Punishable By Up To 20 Years In Prison

Several notable Republicans were busted in the recent revelations made by the January 6th House Committee regarding text messages that were sent to Trump’s now-former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows during the infamous Capitol siege. Most reports have seemed to focus on the fact that many of those Republicans — such as Fox’s Laura Ingraham and Sean Hannity, as well as Donald Trump’s own son, Don Jr. — were privately begging Meadows to do something to make Trump make it stop. Despite the fact that many of them went on to peddle the Big Lie to the American people in public.

However, not all of the text messages received by Meadows on that day had that panicked, desperate tone. Some of them remained loyal to the cause and were calling on the then Chief of Staff to push Vice President Mike Pence to blatantly ignore the US Constitution and help Donald Trump steal the 2020 presidential election.

"Gym" Jordan asked to apply Congressional Standards to Jim Jordan!

Adam Schiff today, responding to #GymJordan (#Jan6 #GQP #sedition VIP) and his efforts to pursue Hunter Biden for contempt, applauded Jordan for recognizing the meaning of contempt, and hopes Jordan will join in with an amended contempt citation by Gym Jordan for #JimJordan - who has been evading a duly-issued Congressional subpoena for over 2 years now.

I hope the link travels (from Tribel), as that's the only place I've seen (yet) with this "breaking news" video. So nice to see #truth !!

1st US Rep Daniel Goldman accused #GymJordan of criminal obstruction/collusion in obstructing #justice in sovereign NY State. As we saw on live TV, around #Jan6, Jordan is again acting as chief #GQP clown in service of Dark Lord StableGenius, on the offense AGAINST justice & state sovereignty too. While he has yet to respond to lawful subpoenas himself. He may have to now.
No doubt he may try to invoke privilege; though he's not a lawyer by training; he's a gym coach inclined to 'see no evil', but to do it.
On behalf of the biggest criminal anybody's ever seen before, certainly a 'President' engaged in #sedition, #corruption, #fraud & #obsttruction.

Legally, Jordan MUST provide documents, email, phone records etc. relative to the 'discovery' & prosecution of his numerous crimes (along with some other #corrupt #GQP seditionists) related to Trump's continuing interference of, & collusion in obstruction of, the legal process within NY State, Specifically, he will need to provide records to prove or disprove his acting directly on behalf of Trump in wheeling out a full-court assault on the legal process and officials in NY, following the indictment. If he stonewalls, criminally - again - Jordan could/should be charged with obstruction of a legitimate NYS legal proceeding, whether he thinks it is or not. Pathetic, and maybe funny to watch from a safe distance, but at the heart of America's struggle to see some slight return to #accountability & #truth.

Bragg Sues Jim Jordan in Move to Block Interference in Trump Case

The Manhattan district attorney on Tuesday sued Representative Jim Jordan of Ohio in an extraordinary step intended to keep congressional Republicans from interfering in the office’s criminal case against former President Donald J. Trump.

The 50-page suit, filed in federal court in the Southern District of New York, accuses Mr. Jordan of a “brazen and unconstitutional attack” on the prosecution of Mr. Trump and a “transparent campaign to intimidate and attack” the district attorney, Alvin L. Bragg. Mr. Bragg last week unveiled 34 felony charges against Mr. Trump that stem from the former president’s attempts to cover up a potential sex scandal during and after the 2016 presidential campaign.

Lawyers for Mr. Bragg are seeking to bar Mr. Jordan and his congressional allies from enforcing a subpoena sent to Mark F. Pomerantz, who was once a leader of the district attorney’s Trump investigation and who later wrote a book about that experience. Mr. Pomerantz resigned early last year after Mr. Bragg, just weeks into his first term in office, decided not to seek an indictment of Trump at that time.

One of the biggest sexual abuse scandals in college sports occurred at Ohio State University where team doctor Richard Strauss abused young men – wrestlers, young men who were above the age of consent, but are considered victims due to the power imbalance between the doctor and the athletes. Jim Jordan is caught up in the scandal because he was an assistant coach at the time and allegedly witnessed the abuse and said nothing, and then later when the abuse was exposed, he begged witnesses and people who knew of the scandal to let it go for the good of the program.

So why is he known as #GymJordan ??

Context: Last night late-night host/comedian Stephen Colbert summarized the news and included a reference to Jordan, who was a visible clown and voice of #TrumpVirus / #GQP cult, who later insisted on being part of the Committee investigating the sedition which he was so vocally leading on national television. Well, the reference is to his known facilitating unreported sex abuse in a gym where he was coach (back when he had a suitable job, were it not requiring some semblance of morality or responsibility).
