2 years ago when I moved back to south of France, I found a baby lizard running on the walls of the balcony. It ran away before I could take a picture of it.

I have seen it come out and run around a few times and today I saw this gorgeous adult lizard, hiding behind one of my compost bins who stood up a moment and stared at me, as if it was startled by seeing me as I was seeing him, then it ran away behind other pots.

I looked online to identify it, I strongly believe it is a "Common wall or Moorish Gecko" (https://wildlifeinfrance.com/lizards-france/common-wall-or-moorish-gecko-in-france) but I am not 100% sure.

In the mean time, thinking about finding a suitable name for it.

What can I do with it?

It keeps getting into the apartment and walking around as if it owns the place. I can no longer keep the window or the door to the balcony open..

Tried everything. But it keeps coming back.

Was thinking about putting it in my backpack, take a bus to Nice and letting him out there.

Any ideas?

Just bought a return ticket with highspeed train to Paris for 80 euro, going on Thursday morning, returning on Sunday.

Will visit a friend, do some shopping and visit my favorite restaurant and have a meeting with my old doctor before going to Dijon to visit a couple of houses and then heading home.

Seriously looking for a house to buy and putting our apartment on the market so we can have some freedom and I will have some serious gardening.

It's lovely to have such wonderful options available.

Replanted a few cherry tomatoes from IKEA Växer Hydroponic to soil in a pot to keep them outside on the balcony.

They were getting too big for the little Växer reservoir and my DIY shelfeso I thought giving them a try on the outside and see how they do.

The pots were given to me by the nice lady who gave me the 2 balcony planters and they were sitting there for a few months. Filled it with some old soil plus compost and top it off with some mixed pot soil I had saved since summer.

Have to cover the soil to prevent the pigeons to destroy them like they did with other pots and hope I will start getting some juicy #tomatoes from them soon.

It's so exciting to have tomatoes growing in December.

I wasn't sure if these tomatoes would survive the winter and it's the first time I'm growing them in #Kratky Hydroponic outside. But they not only grew well, they are blooming and giving me cocktail tomatoes almost every day.

Added some support for them to stand up so they get more sunshine and hopefully it will help them grow even more.

The one plant has more #tomatoes than leaves. It's so exciting.

Propagating plants is really awarding and fun.

Took a cutting from a plant at the park last summer when my kids were visiting me. Put it in one of the holes in the dutch bucket Kratky and pet it grow.

It is now almost at tall as I am and have beautiful flowers. I'm thinking about taking a couple of cuttings and prepare them for growing outside in the summer.
