This is why Americans can't have free lunch for their kids or universal healthcare or free education.
"Tucson, Arizona giant cemetery of almost 4,400 aircraft, is the largest aircraft cemetery in the world, on a 2,600-acre site at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The planes are kept for storage with some maintenance or the parts of their planes are removed for reuse or resale. Boneyard's facilities are usually located in deserts, such as this one in the southwestern United States, as the dry conditions reduce corrosion and the hard soil does not need to be paved."

Massive #WestNileVirus #outbreak in #Arizona shattered records, killed 101
The cause is unclear, but #climatechange and the pandemic likely played roles.
In the shadow of the #coronavirus #DeltaWave in summer of 2021, Maricopa's #WestNile outbreak totaled a whopping 1,487 symptomatic cases—breaking 2004 record by more than fourfold. It is the largest WNV outbreak recorded from any county in the country ever. Yet, the recorded number in Maricopa is likely severe undercount
#Arizona: 12-Year-Old Girl Suffers Cardiac Arrest Playing Football
This always happened for no reason.
Shut up.
A 12-year-old soccer player is recovering in the hospital after collapsing and going into cardiac arrest during practice, the Arizona family told news outlets.
Pyper Midkiff was 20 minutes into her soccer practice April 27 when she collapsed on the field, according to an April 28 post on Facebook by her dad, Matt.
Midkiff, a star athlete on the team with no prior health conditions, went into cardiac arrest, according to news outlet AZ Family. A mother of a player on her team ran over to the 12-year-old and “performed lifesaving CPR” until medics arrived.
“One of those things that’s never going to happen to you right? I mean, a healthy 12-year-old, a healthy 12-year-old with no symptoms with parents that are fit and healthy,” Midkiff’s dad told FOX 10. “I’ve coached for 28 years. I’ve never seen anything happen like this. I’m a physical therapist and I thought the worst case would be a broken leg.”
Midkiff’s heart stopped on the way to the hospital...
