In this #jam I am using sounds from the Yamaha Rm1x of course, the #PSR4600 (is running through a 20 year old #Behringer #Virualizer #FX unit for some reverb) and the #SY35 for the background synth sound. Last but not least the #Korg #Kaossilator Mini makes some noise.

Got to make some #music from time to time! Here's a " #jam" using the #microfreak @VolcaNiced sent in change for one of my #synths. #QY70 is doing the sequencing here in pattern mode while also playing #drums, #brass and #bass, #JD-08 is for pad and that "chiming" #sound, while the #Freak is used for soloing. I''m editing parameters on the QY70 "live" here and change #patterns with the left hand while playing some notes with the right hand. Not too complicated but needed some rehearsing anyway.

I was rehearsing with my #band the other y and we played a #song we hadn't played for a long time: My favorite things. I love the original musical, and Coltrane's interpretation is a #jazz classic. I don't pretend to be at the height of any of these of course, but it was a good, short #jam (we just needed to do a couple of rounds of the songs to check the chords were alright) so I figure I'd share it with you all:

I’m searching for the real name of this band ... and album ... and song names ... It’s a three track album that I have on my disk since years now (almost centuries).
I’ve got it from a music blog without any further notes/clues back then. I even can’t remember the name of the blog.
Does anybody know the song? The band?
I only have a few clues to identify them (maybe): Masse (band name); song names Track 01, 02, 03

Wow, this band is gone very spacey suddenly. Great to have musicians in the family.
Eclectic trio, Mamacha, join cellist and soundscape artist, Lea M. (Hungary), on a musical journey into a forest of sound. Using a loop pedal and a multitude of instruments they build upon meditative cycles, creating textures and colours with the varying layers. Working from a fixed structure they allow plenty of room for improvisation and exploration, promising that no two performances will be the same.
The other artists are Mira Geluk (Ireland) on vocals, guitar and percussion, Armando Ramírez (Mexico) on charango, electric bass, percussion and spoken word, and Kate Liddell (UK) on five-stringed fiddle, flugelhorn, whistle, percussion and vocals. Together with Lea they also play original compositions and arrangements with influences from around the world.
