Et voilà la confiture de melon d'hiver
J'ai ajouté trois pommes, elle a beaucoup réduit à la cuisson et finalement j'ai juste trois petits pots
mais elle est délicieuse, le goût acidulé du melon se marie bien aux pommes 😛
Here's my winter melon jam
i added three apples, it shranked a lot during cooking and finally i've got only three little jars
but it's delicious, the melon tangy taste fits well with the apples 😛

The price of vegetables is set to skyrocket as the cost of living crisis deepens, with some even doubling in price as everyday items become less affordable for Brits.
Cucumbers, now around 60p, could soar above £1 next year as energy prices continue to rise for vegetable growers.
The news comes as the boss of Tesco said the supermarket was taking extra security precautions amid shoplifting concerns.
esco chairman John Allan, 74, warned huge price increases could lead to more thefts by 'desperate people' unable to afford food.
Speaking to Times Radio he said: 'I think shoplifting is a concern, and getting the police to take action and respond to cases... this is a concern right across the retail trade.
'I don't sympathise with people who shoplift, but I can understand desperate people taking desperate measures - sometimes when they've literally got no money left.'

Couscous aux fèves fraîches

c'est ce que j'ai cuisiné aujourd'hui avec les jeunes fèves qu'on m'a données... délicieux...

Couper les fèves et les faire blanchir 5 minutes, puis les faire revenir avec de l'oignon et un peu d'huile d'olive dans une sauteuse.
A part, j'ai fait revenir des protéines de soja avec de l'oignon aussi et une pointe de cumin. Puis j'ai fait cuire un peu de couscous et j'ai tout mélangé dans l'assiette, voilà :)

Time to start a Victory Garden!

Victory gardens were widely planted in the United States, U.K., Canada, and Australia during World War I, and again when World War II broke out a few years later. The gardens, used along with rationing cards and stamps, helped to prevent food shortages and freed up commercial crops to feed soldiers.
