Well... after the release of Song for Souls in memory of father, I said I was going to retire (at least for a bit). I was wrong! Here comes a new 9 tracks album with the legendary bassist Michael Manring and drummer Mark Zonder (Fates Warning). Just drums and basses! Spanning from prog to experimental, ambient, new age, it also features some incredible bassists as special guest such as Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big), Bryan Beller (The Aristocrats), Adam Nitti, Mike LePond (Symphony X), Stu Hamm (Joe Satriani) and Lars Lehmann.

Alberto Rigoni is a composer & bass player, who is rapidly gaining audience in the international music scene for inventive genre-crossing compositions that paint alluring soundscapes comprehensible to wide varieties of listeners.

‘Starfruit’ is the fifth album from LA-trio Moonchild (Amber Navran, Andris Mattson, and Max Bryk).
