“I kept waiting for someone better than me to come along and make a documentary on #Mad, which I always thought was very worthy of being told since it is such an American icon. I kept reading about Mad artists and writers who were passing away throughout the years, and it finally just got to the point where if it’s going to happen, I’m going to do it. And that was it. I’ll figure it out later.” #MadMagazine #Comics #Culture #Publiishing #Satire #MetroTimes https://www.metrotimes.com/arts/made-in-detroit-mad-documentary-is-no-joke-37819792

#Reggae #Culture
Early 90s Culture album "Three Sides To My Story" saw the group utilizing sounds common in reggae at the time, including keyboards, drum machines and other electronic elements.

Joseph Hill spares no concepts, with the album touching on topics like truth and justice, societal intolerance towards difference, corruption and pain, and even one's final days on earth.
