Ich habe noch nie gehört, dass ein Jugendlicher "Goofy" gesagt hat.

Ich vermute sehr stark, dass durch die Wahl zum Wort des Jahres sich jetzt "Goofy" verbreitet und es sonst total unbekannt geblieben wäre. Damit stellt sich natürlich die Sinnfrage, wenn das Wort dadurch erst verbreitet wird. "NPC" habe ich tatsächlich schon gehört und das Wort (Abkürzung) ist bei Gamern sehr verbreitet und wäre meiner Meinung nach sinnvoller als Jahreswort zumal es auch mehr zum nachdenken und Diskus anregt. Goofy ist nur Reklame für #Disney.
