Syria : Daesh fighters attacked civilian targets in the city of Homa killing 26 people and injured many more.

The new Daesh, emboldened by the recent bombings of Syrian targets by US and Israeli forces, attacked civilians in the government controlled city of Homa killing many civilians before government troops arrived.

This is the second such a attack in a short time.
