was busy re-installing both me mxlinux and win10 side aside...
only one command added to teh grub-menu had killed both sys, gave me 3 ssd and 1 hdd with their 6 partitions new letters and, nuthin worked no more... hm.
after mx freezing constantly I had found the command nouveau.modeset=0 modprobe.blacklist=nouveau to be added but, twas no good advice...

took its time to install win10 and then mx linux but, now teh linux froze on and off - got me really oopset !!! tried 3 times a new install but always teh same fuckery... freeze after a few minutes... hm.

went to distrowatch to find another distro... today ended oop wid manjaro 21. ornara but, will have to add some more features as it lacks a lot that mx had pre-installed...

dunno if me will stick to manjaro as right now am with Andrea and will be back home only Tuesday...

this was our Knusperhäuschen, our little treasure house in Altaussee... the big one in the back belongs to Mr. Covington, an Englishman who inherited a London private bank from his aunt, had the house rebuilt after the original but, he and his family are rarely there, as the janitor told us... hm.

ugh, btw, the mountain in the background is the Loser; you can drive up to a parking lot at 1600m.a.s.l./5250ft...

Hey! We are back from our 11 day vaccation in Altaussee; it was such wonderful and relaxing time with the four of us in that Knusperhäuschen high above the lake... sometimes there was such sparkling on the surface of the lake as if the sylphs were dancing to the rhythm of the sunlight.
We were a bit sad that we had to leave, even we prolonged our staying for one more day....

#hm... dint give ya thee #birthday #gift Andrea gave me a few days before me actual birthday... it's #shoes produced by an Austrian #shoe manufacturer (with all the troubles one has producing quality beside the big companies; there are a lot of stories with Heini Staudinger)... their name is #Waldviertler (a region in Lower Austria), and mine are the first one Heini and his mates produced, that's why they are called Ansa (means Nr 1)... very comfy shoes, can only recommend them...

Banana Ketchup Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoon peanut or vegetable oil
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion (about 1 small onion)
1/4
2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 2 medium cloves)
1 tablespoon finely chopped seeded jalapeño from (about 1 small jalapeño)
2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 1/4 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 4 large bananas)
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rum
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
Water, as needed

varied the whole thing a bit, took 1.5 amount of all and, used Cachaça additionally to da rum, used 3 kinds of my own dried peppers and tamari sauce instead of the soy one... hm... tastes yummy.
