Hostages of Israeli revenge in the Gaza Strip: Testimonies of 100 released Palestinian detainees reveal crimes of torture, cruel treatment

Palestinian Territory - In a new report released Tuesday, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor documents the testimonies of about 100 released Palestinian detainees. These testimonies confirm that the Israeli authorities and army committed horrific crimes of arbitrary detention, enforced disappearance, torture, and inhuman and cruel treatment against thousands of Palestinian civilians who were arrested as part of Israel’s genocide in the Gaza Strip, ongoing since 7 October 2023.

In a 50-plus-page report titled “Hostages of Israeli Revenge in the Gaza Strip”, Euro-Med Monitor brings to light the widespread practice of arbitrary collective and individual arrests by Israeli forces against civilians in the Strip. Those arrested during Israel’s military incursions and its ground attacks on cities, camps, and residential neighbourhoods throughout the Strip include women, children, the elderly, and displaced individuals.

In the most heroic act of self defense, Israeli military destroyed the flower roundabout in Nablus in occupied West Bank.

The criminal actions of IDF in occupied west bank is not receiving much publicity, but they are attacking every town in under Palestinian control under the cover of fighting "Terrorists" but in reality, they are destroying roads, infrastructure, bakeries, schools, electric poles, cellphone base station and hospitals and medical centers.

These actions can not in any way counted as self-defense or justified in a fight against Hamas or even the PA, these actions are to make lives of Palestinian unbearable and to punish them in the most barbaric ways.

And again, the so called civilized world is standing by silent and in compliance fully behind these atrocities while punishing and muzzling those who raise their voices against these crimes.

They are starving them, they destroying their crops, they are setting their olive trees on fire, they prevent them from working, they destroy water and sanitation system and now they are stealing their money in the name of anti terrorism.

The occupation army announces the confiscation of millions of shekels from money exchange shops in the West Bank. According to a statement by the #Israeli police, its Unit 443 raided money exchange shops on suspicion that this money fuels “terrorism,” as it described it. The Monetary Authority issued a statement in which it confirmed that money exchange shops are subject to its supervision and that it It refutes any allegations or pretexts put forward by the occupation authorities to justify its actions in targeting the #Palestinian banking sector and considers that the continued attack on entities subject to the supervision of the Monetary Authority represents an act that violates all international norms, laws, charters and agreements, and aims to undermine confidence in the #Palestinian banking and banking sector.

In the mean time, the cowards and complicit in crime world leaders standing idle and watch Israel destroy the lives of millions in #Gaza and occupied #WestBank without any meaningful reaction and instead working hard to silence and punish those who condemn and expose those crimes.

Settlers mobs south of #AlKhalil in the #WestBank set fire to the aid trucks that they stopped and damaged this afternoon, which were loaded with aid and headed to the #Gaza Strip.

No sign of Israeli police of IDF to protect the convoy or stop the terrorists settlers from destroying aid packages, mostly baby formula, diapers and medical equipment.

Ben-Gvir feels he is the master or #Netanyahu

Ma'ariv newspaper describes the situation as: There is a new prime minister in “Israel”.

They add that in practice, Benjamin Netanyahu has become the servant of his master, Itamar #BenGvir, and this raises the obvious question: To what extent has Netanyahu deteriorated?

National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir appeared in front of the cameras a few days ago while leaving the Prime Minister’s Office, acting Prime Minister, and announced in an unambiguous tone: “I warned the Prime Minister that we will not enter #Rafah, nor will there is an illegal deal.

The Prime Minister heard the words, and promised that "Israel" would enter Rafah, and promised that the war would continue, and promised that there would be no illegal deal.

These words and tone of voice leave no room for doubt in the heart of every listener. There is a new prime minister in the State of #Israel.

This raises the obvious question: To what extent has Netanyahu deteriorated? It has reached the point where even a response from a prime minister, in order to preserve his dignity, is not uttered.

Netanyahu, despite thousands of disagreements, knows what the majority of the people want: the release of detainees, and he also knows what is important and useful to the people.

But he follows Ben Gvir and Bezalel #Smotrich, because that is what is good politically for Netanyahu for obvious reasons.

Before I refused to serve and spent 110 days in prison, people tried to convince me to join the army so I could be the "nice soldier" at the checkpoints. They believed I could make a difference in how Palestinians were treated and many served in the army for that reason. As if the oppression, occupation or massacre can be moral if the soldiers were more moral. The truth is, there is no moral form of oppression. It is not about individual soldiers or units in the West Bank or Gaza and how they treat the Palestinians, it is the fact that there are soldiers there in the first place. The whole Israeli military is responsible for systematic oppression, occupation, massacre in Gaza and ethnic cleansing.
