Ot has been an increase of big garbage bags left on the street lately. It's turning into a big problem, specially with seagulls breaking them to look for food and throwing garbage around everywhere.
The 2 pictures are taken literally 3 steps from each other. One where people leave garbage by the can, the other they just leave on the sidewalk.

Because it seems like it still might be somewhat rural, NH in general is more libertarian than other places, and there certainly would be more of our french speaking ethnicity in that area.
