Werbung ohne Zustimmung
Noch eine Kurzmeldung, diesmal schreibt Heise.de: Der Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband (vzbv) will gerichtlich gegen Änderungen bei Prime Video von Amazon vorgehen. Ab dem 5. Februar sind beim Amazon-Streamingdienst standardmäßig Werbeunterbrechungen in Filmen und Serien zu sehen. Wer die Werbespots nicht sehen möchte, muss 3 Euro pro Monat zusätzlich zahlen.
So ein Vorgehen ist ebenfalls rechtswidrig (s. Artikel von gestern). Es reicht nämlich nicht, nur über den bevorstehenden Schritt zu informieren. Notwendig ist es, die NutzerInnen um ihr Einverständnis zu fragen,
