Adam Kubota also often performs with Carling and her family here in NorCal. I think he must live somewhere in the Bay Area. The location is, I can see, a bar, but I don't know where. No Carling stunts here except playing multiple instruments.

There's another video where she sings, tap dances, plays 8 different instruments, and does the stunt where she plays 3 trumpets at the same time and the one where she balances the trumpet on her lips and plays it without touching it with her hands.
