... hält das Gericht den "Menschenfreund", der kurzzeitig Milliardär wurde. Sam Bankman-Fried wurde in allen Anklagepunkten schuldig gesprochen. Das Gericht stellte fest, dass er mit seiner Kryptobörse FTX die Kunden um mindestens 10 Milliarden Dollar betrogen hat.
Interessanterweise ist damit für das Gericht scheinbar die Welt wieder in Ordnung. Fefe schreibt in seinem Blog: Dann müssen wir auch nicht mehr klären, welches Regierungsversagen das möglich gemacht hat. Und wer alles Parteispenden von dem kassiert hat auf dem Weg.
Es wird auch keine Konsequenzen in Aufsicht und Kontrolle des US Bankensystems geben - der Sündenbock sitzt ja hinter Gittern. Das Strafmaß muss noch festgelegt werden. Nach den 7 Anklagepunkten, für die er schuldig gesprochen wurde, drohen dem 31-Jährigen 110 Jahre Haft.

FTX-hosted NFTs break after website is redirected to a restructuring page
After FTX declared bankruptcy, the entire FTX.us domain was redirected to a page providing information on the bankruptcy proceedings.
However, NFTs that had been minted on the FTX platform relied on metadata from an API at that domain, meaning that the NFTs are now pointing to broken links. Owners of these NFTs can still see that the NFT exists, but images no longer work—even when viewing the NFTs in their own wallets, or when listing them for sale on other platforms.
Honestly you couldn't make this shit up. It's tragic that people entrusted their money to such incompetence.
