Iranian officials deny explosion after mystery blast rocks west of the country
Thé explosions were so strong that they register a Richter 2 scale earthquake warning.
The deep storage facilities were said to have been completely destroyed by Israeli agents with the help of some Iranian oppositions infiltrators inside the IRGC and the military.
The regime keeps denying the attack and now call it a "shallow earthquake".
A mysterious explosion, characterized as a “terrible sound followed by strong shocks” by Iranian pro-regime media, struck an area near Khorramabad in the #Lorestan province in western Iran on Monday night, causing “fear and concern,” and believed by residents to be an #earthquake.
Following the huge sound heard last night in parts of #Iran's city of #Khorramabad, the Institute of Geophysics at the University of #Tehran has said that the tremors felt in the city last night were due to an earthquake registering a magnitude of 2 on the Richter scale.

Iran showed the new design of the new missile payloads with cluster munitions as well as multiple drones.
The design is built for multiple missiles of this IRI regime, including the Khaybar-2, Quds series and the new "hypersonic" ones.
They claim that the design has been tested, but so far haven't shown any demonstration of the field test or any other than simulator videos.
They also claim that the design make them impossible to intercept by Israeli IronDome or any other missile defence system.

The #US wants to spend $13 billion to build Arctic #icebreakers, in order to compete with #Russia and #China. Except, the US seems to have "lost" the technology to do so.
"U.S. officials are racing to procure new polar icebreakers because one of only two that the Coast Guard now sails has reached the end of its life, and the one assigned to the Arctic is out of service for maintenance every winter."
"Delivery of the first new icebreaker has slipped to 2028 from 2024 as designers, engineers and welders grapple with something the U.S. hasn’t done in decades: reliably shape hardened steel that is more than an inch thick into a curved, reinforced ship’s hull."
"The Coast Guard hasn’t launched a new heavy icebreaker since 1976. Out of practice, U.S. shipbuilders have had to relearn how to design and build the specialized vessel, say officials in the industry and the government."
"By comparison, Russia has three dozen national icebreakers suitable for the Arctic, according to the U.S. Coast Guard, and China has four, including two icebreaking research ships that regularly appear at high latitudes."
"The machinery and skills to build the hulls of most oceangoing vessels aren’t sufficient for the specialized icebreakers. The hull plates need a bespoke alloy and specialized heat-treatment, with a process to form and weld massive curved plates."
“Higher-strength steels require very skilled people,” said Jeff Moskaluk, senior vice president at SSAB Americas.... “It’s not like you just treat it the same as any other piece of steel. It takes a beating—that’s exactly what the steel is designed for.”
"In addition to the technical challenge, American yards are reckoning with a shortage of shipwrights. Employment in ship and boat building totaled just 154,800 in July after peaking at 1.3 million during World War II, according to data from the Federal Reserve."
'“One of the challenges is the workforce—getting qualified welders,” said Bob Merchent, retired former chief executive of VT Halter Marine, since acquired by Bollinger Shipyards. '
So many people seem to think that because we are the US, we have the best technology in the world, and the most skilled workers.
That used to be true. It hasn't for a long time now, though, and the situation is getting worse, jeopardizing national security in multiple ways.
We don't have the designers or experienced engineers. We don't have the shipwrights or welders. We are having trouble with basic execution, because investment bankers don't understand #technology, and think blue collar workers are interchangeable.
It isn't just our inability to build super-sophisticated #hypersonic #missiles, while Russia and China can.
We can't even build an icebreaker, while "poor, pathetic, backward" Russia has 36 in service.

Moscow’s missile production now exceeds prewar levels, officials say, leaving #Ukraine especially vulnerable this coming winter.
@Russia has managed to overcome #sanctions and export controls imposed by the West to expand its missile production beyond prewar levels, according to U.S., European and Ukrainian officials, leaving Ukraine especially vulnerable to intensified attacks in the coming months.
As a result of the sanctions, American officials estimate that Russia was forced to dramatically slow its production of #missiles and other weaponry at the start of the war in February 2022 for at least six months. But by the end of 2022, Moscow’s military industrial manufacturing began to pick up speed again, American officials who spoke on condition of anonymity to disclose the sensitive assessment now concede.
Russia subverted American export controls using its intelligence services and ministry of defense to run illicit networks of people who smuggle key components by exporting them to other countries from which they can be shipped to Russia more easily. In less than a year since the war began, Russia rebuilt trade in critical components by routing them through countries like Armenia and Turkey. U.S. and European regulators have been trying to work together to curb the export of chips to Russia, but have struggled to stop the flow to pass through countries with ties to Moscow.

Iran accused Israel of trying to sabotage its ballistic missile program with defective foreign parts that were allegedly supplied by Israeli Mossad agents.
#Tehran described this alleged operation as "one of the largest sabotage attempts" that Iran has ever seen.
The defective parts were low-priced "connectors."
These connectors would be responsible for connecting the computer network of the Iranian-made ballistic missiles as well as the drones.
From Iran they claim that "the piece contained a modified explosive kit placed in it and was programmed to explode at a certain time."

Iran military claims to have successfully tested the semi intelligent armored piercing air-to-surface missile "Almas" (Diamond) today.
The rocket was launched from one of the old American made attack helicopter Cobra AH-1 in an undisclosed location.
In previous chatters, the IRGC members were talking about the missile to be mainly created to penetrate Israeli and American tanks and armored vehicles.
No information is available about the specifications or abilities of the missile.
This is yet another of of series of new weapons announced by IRGC and engineering division of Iranian regular army to produce a wide range of defensive weapons domestically and mass produce them to be used in multi purpose systems from launching from mobile unita, high speed boats, drones as well as helicopters.
A large ammonition storage facility in occupied Syrian belonging to US "friendly" rebel was destroyed during the past few nights rocket and done attacks by pro-Syrian government forces
No one has claimed responsibility for the recent attacks, and none of the explosions has been inside the military bases of US occupation forces in Syria, but Lebanese Hezbollah and Iranian IRGC sources claim that the facilities were used by Pentagon to store large amount of missiles, anti aircraft missiles and artillery munitions in preparation of what seems to be a coordinated attack by US, CIA/Pentagon revels and Israel against Syrian government as well as groups supporting Assad's regime.
I will post more updates about the recent development in the region later.

According to a Ukrainian deputy and chairman of the Rada Committee for National Security, Defense and Intelligence, members of the German parliament have reached a consensus on the transfer of long-range 'Taurus' #missiles to #Ukraine.

Ukraine has developed its own air defense systems, official says
The "Ukrainian-made and Ukrainian-designed" air defense systems are similar to Hawk anti-aircraft weapons, though not a replacement for longer-range Patriot missiles.
Ukraine received and deployed its first Patriot defense systems in April 2023.
Cherniev declined to give a name to the Ukrainian weapons, citing ongoing testing, but said the missiles are "ready."

Unconfirmed : "Russia has been stocking up long-range missiles for the Ukrainian counteroffensive. Ukraine's public estimate of Russian missile production is now 60 Kh-101s+Kalibrs per month, plus 5 Iskanders and 2 Khinzals.
They had previously estimated Kh-35 production at 40/month. And no reports of Russia firing Kh-35s since last November, which if production was continued at that rate would mean that Russia is sitting on a pile of more than 500 of them.
And Russia is surely producing Kh-32s and refurbishing Kh-22s, given how often they've fired them. So Russian missile production is easily more than 100/month now, with hundreds stocked up."

First Images of patriot missiles in Ukraine were posted on a Russian friendly Telegram channel.
Russia claims they destroyed 2 patriot launching system as well as a large number of missiles in the past 72h strikes using Geran-2 drones to lure Ukraine forces to activate their radar followed by radar detecting missiles that hit those targets.
CNN reported that one patriot missile system was lightly damaged during the Monday missile strikes "somewhere" in Ukraine.
Without independent reporters on the ground, it is impossible to know which side telling the truth or lying and how much of the truth is in what ww hear and read from them.
But one thing is for sure, patriot systems were operational in Ukraine as the images showing.
