Feeling kind of bummed finding this!
I bought this in 2019 when I was sick to have something to do to get my minds off my problems.
Never touched it until I found it in one of the boxes I had packed to move.
I am not sure of it's useful or not. I don't think mushrooms sprouts go bad. The substrate and the soil are completely dry and I may start it again when we come back from our short trip to Sweden next week. I really really really like to learn to grow mushrooms. The only reason I am not buying them is because they are too expensive for my tiny food budget.
If I learn to grow this and other types, I will be thrilled. I have so many receipt with mushrooms not to mention my favorite cream of #mushroom soup.

The other I went to a #market and found a stand selling all kinds of wild mushrooms. I looooove mushrooms, and have collected some myself (Chicken of the woods being my best find ever) but because I'm #colorblind, I often don't dare collect mushrooms, because correctly idying them is very difficult for me.
I really appreciated the chance of being able to eat a wide variety of mushrooms, so the challenge then was deciding how to prepare them. The solution: #Vegan mushroom pizza!! I have to say it's one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time!
