I made some #soup yesterday, which always involves some improvisation. Lots of #vegetables, #mushrooms and #tomatoes and I decided to add some #tuna to it. With the obligatory #chillies too, it turned out to be a really good one. Should keep us going for a few days.

Super easy, cheap and delicious winter soup. 2 chicken thighs, one can of mixed vegetables, 3 potatoes, 1 full spoon of vegetable stocks and 2 fresh jalapeno peppers (finely chopped). I may add some yellow lentils to make it a bit thicker.

4 beans soup with corn in my new second hand cast iron pot.

Used vegetables from the balcony and cooked with green lentils, black lentils,mong beans, daal lentils with corn, slow cooked in the pot I bought from a guy back in Paris, but never used before.
