building a log cabin the LHBA way

Log Home Builders Association ( #LHBA) teaches you how to use #logs that almost all other #builders would reject. Here's my buddy pulling some logs out of a pile I had my neighbor make while clearing his driveway. My friend is going to build a 20x20 #hunting #cabin on his property with them. The excavator operator THANKED ME for saving him the money he would have to spend to dump these logs at the #landfill. You can see my cabin in the background - I got my logs the same way (well - I had to cut them myself, but still....)

You see all the #doom and #gloom on the news - what with #covid, #vaccine #mandates, threats of #unemployment, a #devaluing #dollar, #instability in the world, #evil #bankers pushing for a new world order #NWO, and you wonder what you can do about it. Getting out of #debt is a great way to #StickItToTheMan. #Building a #home with no #mortgage is a great way to stay out of #debt.

  1. Why didn’t the FDA grant full licensure for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine that is in use and available in the U.S.?
  2. How are the Comirnaty and #Pfizer-BioNTech #COVID-19 vaccines “legally distinct” and what are the “certain differences”?
  3. There is no doubt that the FDA’s action will lead to more vaccine #mandates and increased pressure on those currently choosing not to get vaccinated. Your letter to Pfizer suggests that “there is not sufficient approved vaccine available for distribution.” Is there sufficient supply in the U.S. of the Comirnaty vaccine to ensure that those being #vaccinated under mandates will be receiving the FDA-approved version? Or is it more likely (or certain) that they will be vaccinated using the vaccine administered under the reissued #EUA?

Sidaway v. Board of Governors of the Bethlem Royal Hospital and the Maudsley Hospital

"A mentally competent patient has an absolute right to refuse to #consent to medical #treatment, for any reason, #rational or #irrational, or for no #reason at all, even where that decision may lead to his or her own #death."

This establishes the #principle of a legal right to #refuse medical treatment, preventative or curative. The ruling has been used in many cases and upheld.

In addition, please see the #International #Covenant on Civil and #Political #Rights Article 1 Section 1, Article 7 and Article 12 Section 1. The UK signed the #ICCPR September 1968 and ratified it in May 1976.

ICCPR Article 1 Section 1:
"All peoples have the #right of self-determination. By #virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their #economic, #social and #cultural development."

ICCPR Article 7:
"No one shall be subjected to #torture or to #cruel, #inhuman or degrading #treatment or #punishment. In particular, no one shall be subjected without his #free #consent to medical or #scientific #experimentation."

ICCPR Article 12 Section 1:
"Everyone #lawfully within the #territory of a #State shall, within that territory, have the right to #liberty of movement and #freedom to choose his residence."

The UK is a ratified signatory nation of the ICCPR and has a #legal obligation to abide by the Articles within the treaty.
