The #WhiteHouse issues the following statement.

The President and the Israeli Prime Minister reaffirmed the shared goal to see #Hamas, as an entity, defeated, and that the long-term security of Israel must be ensured.

They spoke about the necessity on negotiations and efforts to release the hostages that are held by Hamas, Biden, however, called for more urgent and specific steps to increase aid towards the people of Gaza.

Biden also stated that an Israeli invasion of #Rafah can not occur without a reasonable and executable mechanism exists for the population of Rafah to remain safe and to be evacuated.

Are you freaking kidding me?
