Russia planned to steal grain and starve Ukrainians ahead of invasion, evidence shows

New evidence compiled by human rights law firm Global Rights Compliance shows that Russia prepared to steal grain supplies, target food infrastructure, and starve the Ukrainian population months before the full-scale invasion, the Independent reported on Nov. 16.

GRC found that Russia's defense contractor started buying bulk carrier cargo ships and trucks to transport grain as early as December 2021.

Following the launch of the full-scale invasion in February 2022, Russian forces attacked grain-rich regions and food infrastructure first as part of a deliberate starvation campaign, GRC's report says.

“Russia not only deployed a multi-pronged approach by besieging civilian populations, destroying critical infrastructure, but it also pre-planned the seizure and pillage of agricultural commodities in an insidious plan," Catriona Murdoch, a partner at GRC, told the Independent."

"Moscow has sparked a global food crisis and attacked Ukraine’s agriculture sector as a warfare tactic."

In the final analysis, one wonders whether corruption might actually be a primary driver of this war. Is the American public being robbed and #Ukraine drained of its youths while a relatively small number of corrupt individuals stuff their pockets with cash?

It looks that way, especially in light of the news that #BlackRock, which already owns most of the private assets in the world, is positioning itself to profit from a post-war Ukraine. As reported by Business Today in early May 2023:30

"President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, recently met with the management team of BlackRock, the world's largest asset management company, to discuss the creation of an investment fund aimed at restoring the country's economy through public and private capital. Netzines have not taken well to the news with many criticizing Zelensky over the meeting.

A Twitter user said, ‘Taxpayers pay the war bills, private firms get the profits.’ ‘Ukraine being privatized and sold off to companies like Blackrock,’ another said.

According to the press service of the Office of the President, the parties discussed the details of the investment fund's creation and implementation of large-scale business projects in Ukraine."

The U.S. is also keen on Ukraine privatizing its banks,31 which will open the door for central bankers to take over. And let’s not forget that the big picture plan for Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction is to turn the whole country into smart cities with "smart governments" run by artificial intelligence.32,33

It’s also a testing ground for #warfare-related #AI technologies34,35 said to be "paving the way for AI #warfare in the #future,"36 although it doesn’t appear to provide them with much advantage at the moment.

In short, it appears American and European taxpayers are paying for the destruction of Ukraine and the elimination of huge numbers of its inhabitants, so that technocrat globalists and central bankers can then profit from the privatization and rebuilding of Ukraine into a "smart country" model for the rest of the #world."

Laurie Clarke in Wired described the brigade as a "psychological operations unit responsible for 'non-lethal' warfare that reportedly uses social media to "control the narrative", as well as disseminating UK government-friendly podcasts and videos".

Warfare Today says of the brigade that it is a combined regular army and reserve unit "for non-lethal warfare and behavioural influence", based at Denison Barracks, Hermitage, Berkshire.

The SAG [Security Assistance Group] aimed to have a full strength of 453 military and civilian personnel and occasionally, personnel from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Department for International Development and the Stabilisation Unit may be attached to the Brigade or work with it, of this total there will be 440 military posts in the brigade.

Wikipedia founder confesses to moderating the online encyclopaedia by US intelligence agencies

Intelligence agencies have been manipulating the online encyclopedia for more than a decade, Larry Sanger has claimed

Wikipedia is one of many tools used by the US liberal establishment and its allies in the intelligence community to wage “information warfare,” the site’s co-founder, Larry Sanger, has told journalist Glenn Greenwald.

Speaking on Greenwald’s ‘System Update’ podcast, Sanger lamented how the site he helped found in 2001 has become an instrument of “control” in the hands of the left-liberal establishment, among which he counts the CIA, FBI, and other US intelligence agencies.

“We do have evidence that, as early as 2008, that CIA and FBI computers were used to edit Wikipedia,” he said. “Do you think that they stopped doing that back then?”

Activity by the CIA and FBI on Wikipedia was first made public by a programming student named Virgil Griffith in 2007. Griffith developed a program called WikiScanner that could trace the location of computers used to edit Wikipedia articles, and found that the CIA, FBI, and a host of large corporations and government agencies were scrubbing the online encyclopedia of incriminating information.

CIA computers were used to remove casualty counts from the Iraq War, while an FBI machine was used to remove aerial and satellite images of the US prison at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba. CIA computers were used to edit hundreds of articles, including entries on then Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, China’s nuclear program, and the Argentine navy.

Some edits were more petty, with former CIA chief William Colby apparently editing his own entry to expand his list of accomplishments.

“[The intelligence agencies] pay off the most influential people to push their agendas, which they’re already mostly in line with, or they just develop their own talent within the [intelligence] community, learn the Wikipedia game, and then push what they want to say with their own people,” Sanger told Greenwald.

“A great part of intelligence and #information #warfare is conducted online,” he continued, “on websites like #Wikipedia.”

All #warfare is based on #deception. Are the abundance of Boogeyman Conspiracies theories being given to us freely as a trap designed to keep us in RABBIT HOLES creating fear, paranoia and confusion? How much of the dystopian terror presented on the Black cube Tell-A-Vision actually exists in our physical reality? Are the EASILY FOOLED being tricked into believing these #ILLUSIONs and thus unknowingly manifesting them into reality via their participation and reactionary behaviour?

In WWII, around 350 men would spend all day frantically driving trucks up and down Scotland unloading empty boxes next to dummy tanks and artillery guns; creating the illusion a 100K force was preparing to invade Norway. 750 Radio operators would send out endless volleys of morse code and flood the wireless networks with false information and fictional communications between the non-existent 4th Army.

All of these tactics are still in play today although way more modern of course.

The deception is on the ones who think they are taking part in a deception campaign as well as the ones the deception is aimed at.
