Starting next Monday, May 13, the enterprise #hardware slinger plans to make weekly site visit data from its badge #tracking available to #employees through the corporation's human capital #management #software and to give them color-coded ratings that summarize their #status. Those #ratings are:

1. Blue flag indicates "consistent onsite presence"
2. Green flag indicates "regular onsite presence"
3. Yellow flag indicates "some onsite presence"
4. Red flag indicates "limited onsite presence"

They rate their employees according to attendance and not performance. Can you really be that silly?

The BBC has been given photos of Twitter #office space that has been converted into bedrooms, which #SanFrancisco authorities are probing as a possible building code violation.

I can't imagine that anyone would want to #work there under these conditions. Probably the only #employees left are those whose visas are tied to the #job and who therefore can't quit. The solution would be so simple if employees were allowed to work from #home, but the great #Musk doesn't want that.

If this is not addressed, every initiative is like a leaf trying to float up the Amazon River.

There are initiatives to turn this off, for example by abolishing all fiat money and replacing it with (electronic) central bank money, which, because of the enormous concentration of #power, will probably lead the world into almost complete #slavery.

The best way (also for democracy) would probably be #decentralisation or #sharing of everything, which probably only works if systems rot themselves from within.

The most beautiful form of resistance is probably to change personal circumstances in such a way that one can work less.

#Change happens less through communication and more through joyful example.

Maybe it's already #happening. Where I live, a lot of companies can't find #employees even though the #economy isn't doing so well.
