What is the number 1 cause of polio worldwide?

POLIO
The inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) is a safe and effective vaccine that protects against polio, or poliomyelitis:
How it's given
IPV is administered by a trained health worker as a shot in the arm or leg, depending on the person's age.
- How many doses
The CDC recommends that children receive four doses of IPV at the following ages: 2 months, 4 months, 6 through 18 months, and 4 through 6 years.
How effective it is
Two doses of IPV provide at least 90% protection, and three doses provide at least 99% protection.
Who should get it
*Children, adults who are unvaccinated or incompletely vaccinated, and people who live or work in areas where poliovirus has been detected should get the IPV. *
Safety
IPV is one of the safest vaccines in use and doesn't carry the risk of VAPP. However, it doesn't provide high levels of immunity in the intestines.
IPV was developed in 1955 by Dr. Jonas Salk. It's been the only polio vaccine given in the United States since 2000.

One of my close friends has a vaxx disabled daughter. Her perfectly healthy 15 year old daughter took an 'HPV vaccine' in 2015. Three days later, right out of the blue, she was disabled for life.
