After 200days in detention, MSM Farahani received an unusually busy harsh sentence that goes beyond the penal laws of the regime.
Maximum sentence for a person charged with "organizing protests against the regime" is 5 years, but the judge decided to increase it to 6 because of her continues defiance of the authorities and refusal to give up her activities. She also received 1 year additional sentence for propaganda against the regime, as well as w years ban to travel abroad, 2 years ban to visit Tehran, 2 years ban on membership in political parties or gatherings plus ck fiscation of her mobile.
She was released from prison 4 months before she was caught by IRI forces and if the sentence is approved, she will be held in prison for the full 6 years without bail.

گلرخ ایرایی به ۷ سال زندان و مجازات‌های تکمیلی محکوم شد
گلرخ ایرایی از بازداشت‌شدگان خیزش سراسری که از ۲۰۰ روز پیش در زندان بسر می‌برد، با حکم قاضی ایمان افشاری رئیس شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ۷ سال حبس تعزیزی (بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی ۶ سال حبس، بابت اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام ۱ سال حبس)، ۲ سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور، ۲ سال ممنوعیت حضور در تهران، ۲ سال ممنوعیت حضور در احزاب، گروه‌ها و دسته‌جات و ضبط گوشی تلفن همراه محکوم شد.
در صورت قطعی شدن این حکم در مرحله تجدیدنظر، از این میزان حبس، ۶ سال زندان در خصوص گلرخ ایرایی قابل اجرا خواهد بود.
در قانون مجازات جمهوری اسلامی حداکثر میزان مجازات تعیین شده برای اتهام اجتماع و تبانی ۵ سال حبس تعیین شده؛ اما قاضی افشاری گلرخ را بابت این اتهام به ۶ سال حبس محکوم کرده و عنوان کرده که به دلیل تکرار جرم در پرونده‌های پیشین این میزان حبس را صادر کرده. این درحالی‌است که گلرخ در هیچ‌کدام از پرونده‌های پیشین خود بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی محکومیت قطعی نداشته است.
گفتنی‌ست نهادهای امنیتی و قوه قضائیه در این مدت بارها به شیوه‌های مختلف به گلرخ ایرایی و خانواده‌اش فشار آورده و گفته بودند تنها راه رهایی او از زندان نوشتن درخواست کتبی برای گرفتن عفو از رهبری است. درخواستی که هر بار با پاسخ رد از سوی گلرخ ایرایی مواجه شد. اکنون قاضی افشاری گفته چون گلرخ ایرایی درخواست عفو ننوشت با آزادی موقت او با وثیقه تا پایان مراحل دادرسی هم موافقت نمی‌کند.
گلرخ ایرایی اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۱ پس از تحمل سال‌ها تحمل حبس از زندان آزاد شده بود؛ آزادی‌اش اما تنها چهار ماه دوام داشت و روز ۴ مهر ۱۴۰۱ پس از شکستن در خانه‌اش همراه با ضرب‌شتم توسط نیروهای امنیتی بار دیگر بازداشت شد. او مدت‌ها در بازداشتگاه‌های پلیس امنیت، آگاهی شاپور و زندان قرچک ورامین بود و از روز ۸ آذر ۱۴۰۱ در بند زنان زندان اوین است.
جلسه دادگاه گلرخ ایرایی روز چهارشنبه ۱۴ دی در شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی ایمان افشاری برگزار شد و در جریان این جلسه، قاضی او را به «اجتماع و تبانی و تبلیغ علیه نظام» متهم کرد. قاضی افشاری در جریان جلسه دادگاه برای مصداق اتهامات انتسابی بدون وجود و ارائه هر گونه سندی گفته بود ایرایی و تعدادی دیگر از بازداشت‌شدگان بعد از حضور در خانه او و تشکیل جلسه، در اعتراضات شرکت می‌کردند. افشاری همچنین به توییت‌ها و پست‌ها و استوری‌های ایرایی در اینستاگرام ازجمله چند استوری درباره فراخوان‌ها برای حضور گسترده‌تر در خیابان و توییتی حاوی اصطلاح «رژیم کودک‌کش»، به عنوان سند برای اتهام اجتماع و تبانی استناد کرده بود. گلرخ ایرایی و وکیلش در دفاعیات خود گفته بودند که هیچ‌یک از این موارد مصداق اتهام اجتماع و تبانی نیست اما قاضی افشاری در پاسخ به آنها گفته بود سندی برای اثبات لازم ندارد و مهم برایش این است که موضوع برای خودش محرز شده!
The students received punishment of 1 to 2 terms while another 10 of them still waiting for the decision to be made.
یکشنبه ۲۰ فروردین، حداقل ۱۶ نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز با رای شورای بدوی کمیته انضباطی دانشگاه به اتهام ایجاد/شرکت در بلوا و آشوب، به تعلیق از تحصیل به مدت یک یا دو ترم محکوم شدند. این احکام به علت اعتراض ۱۶ اسفند ۱۴۰۱ دانشجویان علوم پزشکی تبریز به روند مسمومیت گسترده و چند ماهه دانش آموزان صادر شدند!
احکام دانشجویان به شرح زیر می‌باشد:
الف) محرومیت از تحصیل به مدت دو نیمسال برای ۶ نفر از دانشجویان علوم پزشکی تبریز
ب) محرومیت از تحصیل به مدت یک نیمسال برای ۱۰ نفر از دانشجویان علوم پزشکی تبریز
ج) احکام ۱۰ نفر از دانشجویان برای رسیدگی به شورای مرکزی انضباطی وزارت بهداشت ارسال شده که امکان صدور احکام بلندمدت تعلیق از تحصیل(سه ترم یا بیشتر) برای این دانشجویان وجود دارد!

جعفر نورمحمدزاده، پدر سهند، معترضی که در زندان رجایی‌شهر به‌سر‌می‌برد در پستی اینستاگرامی نسبت به فرستادن پسرش به سلول انفرادی، به دلیل مصاحبه از داخل زندان انتقاد کرده است.
او نوشته است: «وقتی جوانی مثل سهند بخاطر یک اعتراض با این حکم سنگین ۱۰ سال تبعید و شش سال زندان مواجه می‌شود.... و هیچ گوش شنوایی نمی‌بیند مجبور می‌شود به هر جا که دستش می‌رسد می‌زند تا صدایش را به گوش مردم برساند. آیا این جرم است که آنقدر اذیت شود و به انفرادی بفرستن؟»

His case of for waging war against IRI is still not changed and he is awaiting a final decision by the judiciary for "setting garbage cans on fire" among other "crimes.
His lawyer has said that he is filing an official complain about all the sentences and requesting retrials with IRI Justice department.

بنابر گزارش‌های منتشرشده، دادگاه انقلاب حکم اعدام سهند نورمحمدزاده، ورزشکار بدنساز و از بازداشت‌شدگان اعتراضات سراسری، لغو شده است اما اتهام محاربه علیه او همچنان پابرجا مانده و به همین علت آقای نورمحمدزاده به «۱۰سال تبعید به کهنوج استان کرمان، ۵ سال حبس به اتهام اجتماع و تبانی و یک سال حبس هم به اتهام اخلال در نظم عمومی محکوم شده است».
این در حالی است که یکی از اتهام‌های مبنا قرارگرفته برای اتهام محاربه علیه سهند نورمحمدزاده در دادگاه بدوی، مرتبط با «آتش زدن سطل اشغال» دانسته شده بود که در آن زمان - اواسط آبان سال گذشته - با واکنش‌های فراوانی روبرو شد.
حامد احمدی، وکیل انتخابی آقای نورمحمدزاده گفته علیه این حکم جدید اعتراض خواهد کرد.

Mortgage rates are higher than they were two years ago, and it doesn’t even feel as though the same opportunities are available. Why is that?
One reason is the dramatic change in home ownership. Institutions funded $2.5 billion in single-family-rental (SFR) acquisitions in 2021. They committed more than $60 billion in capital to buy SFRl homes in the past year, according to Yardi Matrix’s report.
Yardi Matrix estimates that by the close of this decade, institutions will own 40% of SFR units in the U.S.
