Well, as I finish looking through some photos of summers past - beach, sun, water, amusements, ice cream, etc....

I look out my window and see what is approaching: A bomb cyclone!

'Late Night' host Seth Meyers canceled remaining shows this week after testing positive for Covid-19

I've been to those studios and know the drill, including assembling in a large group, lines, etc.
Even with vax requirements and masks, between local omicron and tourist-imported, it's everywhere where groups are, and breathe.

I did survive a Late Night show early December; guess it was safer then, and line-up was out-doors. But it's worrisome, overall.

Two steps forward (back to live shows, high vaccination rates), One small step back from resumed live late-night.... F'n Omicron!

So... on one hand I've been watching another surge of local reactions to COVID-19 & /20/21/22 -, including a resurgence, or new-surge, of toilet-paper hoarding. Outside observers rightly wonder about human behavior and foci.

Which leads directly to this one-time phenomenon....

Oh joy... having heard from (and called Diane by) Scalice, #GymJordan, and #RabidRubio, now I've earned a once in a lifetime chance to be on a VIP waiting list! Oh boy oh boy! Many will soon be traveling (U.S. Thanksgiving Day into Christmas time).... for many it is the first time in 1-2 years to see family. Or to escape. Or reunite. Or grieve. 2021 - in lockdown and crazy times - has been a challenge - and stressful on everyone. Time to

Ramble On

For me too (something I am thankful for) it's time to "hit the road, Jack!". And for many others, travel to anywhere now is a beautiful thing. I'll be on & off-grid (no wifi/Internet in places) so posts a bit less but photos and music finds will trickle back soon.
