Das Konzept zur Früherkennung von und zum Umgang mit Personen mit Risikopotenzial, kurz PeRiskoP, kommt ab Mai in allen 47 Kreispolizeibehörden Nordrhein-Westfalens zum Einsatz. Mithilfe des Konzepts sollen risikoträchtige Personen frühzeitig erkannt werden – auch losgelöst von politischen oder religiösen Motiven. „Mit PeRiskoP können wir potenzielle Amokläufer nun landesweit leichter aufspüren. Natürlich gibt es keine hundertprozentige Sicherheit, aber wir hoffen, dank PeRiskoP bereits im Verdachtsfall eingreifen und so das Risiko schwerer Gewalttaten minimieren zu können“, sagte Innenminister Herbert Reul.

Mal abgesehen davon, dass die Behörden in diesem Land es z.B. bei Hochwasserkatastrophen wie im letzten Jahr nicht mal schaffen, Risikolagen zu erkennen, die einem laut zurufen: "Halloooho, ich bin eine Risikolage!"...

Bin ich der einzige, bei dem die Alarmglocken klingeln, wenn er in Pressemeldungen des Innenministeriums "potenzielle Amokläufer aufspüren" und "Verdachtsfälle" liest?
