After receiving a “you’re fired” call the next day after Zelenska’s visit, the ex-employee decided to share her story about the bizarre encounter on the Instagram. Yes, it’s not the first time the wife of the Ukrainian president was spotted flashing cash in some luxury stores. In December 2022, for example, she has reportedly spent 40,000 euros during her trip to Paris coinciding with her husband asking for more financial support from the United States and the European Union. It seems like her appetite has grown dramatically as the time passed. The question remains, if she has managed to spend $1,100,000 in Cartier alone, how much more money has she spent during her whole shopping spree on New York’s Fifth Avenue that day and who paid for it?

I really hate the click bait posts on AliExpress!

They show you an item with ridiculously low price, but when you click on it, you see that it's not the image visible that is for that price, but a crappy piece of the unit and if you want the whole unit, it costs many times that (see second image).

Ebay used to have that, but they were forced to change it because someone sued them, but in case of AE, they don't care.

I was planning not to buy anything until the end of the month, but with €0.99 shipping on second hand items, I broke my plans.

Buying a lot of used items from the French site LebonCoin.fr now that the shipping is only 1 euro until the end of this weekend.

Have been waiting for this since Christmas holidays and don't want to miss it.

Outrageous prices of coco choir blocks on Etsy!

I used my last 1L pressed coco choir block last month and looking for a place to buy them.

When I lived close to Paris, I could just go to the Action shop and but a few for €1.50 without any problems, but here we only have a small shop in North Nice that takes me 2 busses to go to and the never have those in stock.

I can order them from Seevovendi.com, but their shipping is €17 and it's really doesn't make sense, unless I buy a lot more, which I can't do with my current budget.

Someone suggested to look for it on Etsy.com, something I have never done before.

And I am sure I will not do in the future. These prices are outrageous.

Bought 20 burgers, 10 bag of pasta, 30 eggs, milk and bread plus cleaning material today, using my coupon and discounts. Total waa 36, paid 12 and got another 20 euro coupon back.
Next time, I will only butly canned food, pasta and rice.

Loading up on items that won't go bad with these coupons. Beating the inflation on the food side!

So much of our world is based on efficiency, doing things as quickly and cheaply as possible. Love this story about a supermarket chain that has slowed things down to provide compassion.

Jumbo, the Dutch supermarket chain, introduced slow checkouts when it discovered some people enjoy chatting while paying for their goods.

 The added personal touch is helping many people, especially the elderly, deal with loneliness. The move has proven so successful that Jumbo has installed the slow checkouts in 200 stores.

Getting good at extreme savings.

Bought items for 37.59 euro, got 6.85 in loyalty discounts, them used a 20 Euro coupon and paid only €10.39. I have now pasta, flour. Cooking oil and butter for a long time.

Definitely my best bargain hunting in a long time.
