Três dias se passaram e, no #Brasil, nós continuamos bombardeados pela repercussão da fala do presidente #Lula sobre a investida de #Israel contra o #Hamas em território palestino.
A "análise" mais repetida pela grande #imprensa no Brasil, em diferentes tons, por diferentes especialistas, sobre a fala de Lula foi basicamente que o "Holocausto dos #judeus não se compara". Sim, o #Holocausto é um doloroso referencial na nossa história. Mas por que o Holocausto seria #único? Essa não é uma pergunta de resposta simples.
Das aulas de Relações Internacionais aos comentários da grande imprensa ocidental sobre direito internacional, a naturalização do fato de o Holocausto dos judeus na segunda guerra, na #Europa, ter sido o "basta" para que o mundo elaborasse um compromisso global com os #direitos humanos, a partir de uma Declaração Universal não é trivial.
A definição territorial nas #Américas, de países como Brasil e Estados Unidos, custou a vida de mais de #70 #milhões de #indígenas. A travessia forçada pelo Atlântico dos navios #negreiros no contexto da #escravidão custou a vida de mais de #4 #milhões de #africanos e #africanas.
Em fins do século XIX, a investida colonial de Leopoldo II, da #Bélgica, assassinou mais de #10 #milhões de #homens e #mulheres no #Congo. A #Alemanha, entre 1904 e 1908, #dizimou a população da #Namíbia, os povos #Herero e #Nama. Um episódio cruel que ficou conhecido como o primeiro #genocídio do século XX.
O que dizer da própria segregação racial nos Estados Unidos, que, além de tratar pessoas negras como lixo e à margem da vida cívica, trazia junto o elemento do #linchamento. Era "comum" que pessoas negras fossem linchadas até a morte e os corpos eram pendurados em árvores.
Como o mundo #conviveu com isso, sem se reunir para encontrar uma saída e a responsabilização dos culpados?
Importante ressaltar que, sim, os #nazistas de #Hitler foram buscar nas técnicas #alemãs usadas contra a Namíbia a inspiração para desenvolver os campos de concentração. E, também, foram literalmente aos #EstadosUnidos durante a #segregação para #aprender sobre ela e ter, assim, o conhecimento técnico que ajudaria a desenvolver os #guetos para confinar os judeus.
É possível pensar a partir disso que, se a Namíbia tivesse sido o momento do "basta", ou a gestão da segregação de pessoas negras nos Estados tivessem provocado uma represália global, talvez, e apenas talvez, o próprio ambiente para que o Holocausto ocorresse na Alemanha de Hitler teria sido evitado.
Então, eu volto à pergunta anterior. O que tornou o genocídio dos judeus pela Alemanha nazista uma "barbárie real", a verdadeira "banalização do mal", enquanto todos os episódios anteriores, mesmo com características semelhantes, eram vistos e tratados como apenas " #História "?
Recorrer à imagem do Holocausto como referência não pode ser uma ofensa ao povo judeu por si só. As palavras também são alvo de disputas, dependendo do poder de imagem que elas possuam. E, neste sentido, o Holocausto tem muito #poder.
Por isso, o Holocausto é também um importante "recurso descritivo", e o episódio da fala de Lula é bem ilustrativo sobre isso. É pelo desconforto que o Holocausto causa que ele pode ser acionado como um recurso para comunicar a #gravidade, o #absurdo de algo.
O #desconforto causado pela comparação da #escravidão com o #Holocausto parece ser a chave para que alguém, principalmente uma pessoa #branca, consiga captar que escravidão não diz respeito apenas a pessoas negras forçadas a trabalhar, exploradas por senhores brancos. Como o Holocausto, a escravidão era sobre gente tratada como lixo, bestializadas, com a dignidade humilhada, torturada com trabalhos forçados e cruelmente executada depois.
Nem tudo pode ser comparável ao Holocausto. Nem toda comparação é válida. Mas nem toda comparação é uma diminuição da dor e do sofrimento do povo judeu.
#Lula foi muito #específico no uso da #comparação. Sua crítica foi ao exército de Israel e à forma como Netanyahu e seus generais conduzem o conflito. A crítica de Lula está correta, e parece que grande parte dos líderes globais entenderam exatamente isso. O Holocausto é único para os judeus. E isso deve ser respeitado.
Mas tratar o Holocausto como único na História, incomparável com o #extermínio em massa de qualquer outro povo, uma espécie de propriedade exclusiva, não é interessante nem mesmo para o povo judeu.
É um #excepcionalismo que, no limite, expõe o quanto alguns sofrimentos na história são mais importantes e envolvem #vidas que realmente #valem #mais do que #outras. O Holocausto é um mal histórico que assume múltiplas formas na história atravessando povos distintos.
O que também pode forjar o elo de #solidariedade entre os povos oprimidos e perseguidos pelos senhores da guerra. Como o povo palestino pode estar sofrendo agora sob Netanyahu.

Synopsis :
Portrait de l'anarchiste Nestor Makhno qui est à l'initiative des premières #communes libertaires #autogérées en Ukraine, des soviets libres. Nestor Makhno défend les #pauvres, la #culture et la #liberté, en 1917, il exproprie les aristocrates et les terres deviennent propriété sociale, un #agriculteur ne pouvant posséder que la superficie qu'il peut cultiver seul sans salarié. Cette insurrection libertaire dans les terres #cosaques est une des plus exemplaires réalisations de l'idéal anarchiste communiste, portée par la population, sur sa terre.
Simultanément, il lutte victorieusement contre les Russes blancs avec son armée, la Makhnovchtchina. Mais en 1921 son alliée se retourne contre lui, l'armée rouge sous les ordres de Trotski détruit la Makhnovchtchina et contraint Makhno à l'exil, il finira sa vie à Paris.
Dans ce portait, Hélène Châtelain retrouve et reprend les écrits de Makhno, depuis ses journaux de jeunesse. Elle va à Goulaï-Polié et les fait lire aux actuels habitants. Son enquête en Ukraine1, révèle ce que les mémoires conservent de lui, le batko («le petit père»).
L'iconographie, les nombreux documents d'archives et les témoignages montrent cette légendaire figure insurrectionnelle mais aussi ce que la propagande communiste a voulu faire de lui : un paysan attardé, fou sanguinaire et antisémite1. Avec les preuves récoltées, Hélène Châtelain démonte les accusations calomnieuses que les dirigeants communistes ont répandu, par exemple sur le prétendu antisémitisme de Makhno, alors qu'il l'a combattu dès ses premières actions2.
