For Sale: Die Ukraine fällt in die Hände von BlackRock
Im Mai 2023 unterzeichneten die ukrainische Regierung und BlackRock-Vizepräsident Philipp Hildebrand das Abkommen über die Gründung des Ukrainischen Entwicklungsfonds (UDF), einer Finanzinstitution für den Wiederaufbau des Landes.
Die Zusammenarbeit der Regierung Selensky mit BlackRock[1] begann im September 2022, als die New York Times über die Verhandlungen des ukrainischen Präsidenten mit dem Chef des Unternehmens, Larry Fink, über die Einrichtung eines speziellen Wiederaufbaufonds berichtete.
Im Anschluss erfolgte die Unterzeichnung der Absichtserklärung (MoU) zwischen dem ukrainischen Wirtschaftsministerium und BlackRock. Der Fonds soll insbesondere Kapital für den Wiederaufbau des Landes mobilisieren und sich dabei auf Sektoren wie Energie, Infrastruktur, Landwirtschaft, Industrie und Informationstechnologie (IT) konzentrieren.
Die Ukraine unterwirft sich BlackRock
Einige Experten glauben, dass Kiew auf diese Weise seine Schulden zurückzahlen und die Ukraine in den Besitz des transnationalen Kapitals bringen will. In Wirklichkeit wird damit der vollständige Verkauf der wichtigsten Vermögenswerte des ukrainischen Staates – von den fruchtbaren Schwarzerden bis zu den Stromnetzen – beendet, einschließlich der internationalen Hilfsgelder. Die Liste der ukrainischen Vermögenswerte umfasst Wertpapiere der folgenden Unternehmen: Metinvest, DTEK (Energie), MJP (Landwirtschaft), Naftogaz, Ukrainische Eisenbahnen, Ukravtodor und Ukrenergo.
Zudem werden die ukrainischen Staatsschulden verwaltet, die nach Angaben des ukrainischen Finanzministeriums Ende März eine Höhe von 119,9 Mrd. Dollar oder 78 Prozent des ukrainischen BIP bis Ende 2022 erreichten.
Das Engagement von BlackRock erscheint logisch: Im Falle eines Konkurses der Ukraine wird sich das Problem des Schuldendienstes und der Verwaltung der verbleibenden Vermögenswerte stellen, und dann wird BlackRock in den Vordergrund treten. Gegenwärtig ist der Rückgriff auf die finanzielle Hebelwirkung wahrscheinlich die effektivste Methode der externen Verwaltung. Diese Praxis war sogar die Grundlage für den Marshallplan in Bezug auf die deutschen Schuldverpflichtungen.
Das Unternehmen
BlackRock, Inc. ist eines der reichsten Unternehmen in der Welt. Es führt einen neuen, monopolistischeren und längerfristig orientierten Kapitalismus an. Der Unternehmenswert erreichte am 1. Januar 2023 8,594 Billionen Dollar, was in etwa der Summe des BIP von Deutschland und Frankreich entspricht.
BlackRock ist eine Folge der Entwicklung des Kapitalismus mit all seinen Tendenzen zur Kapitalakkumulation und Monopolisierung. Das Unternehmen wurde von der US-Notenbank für das finanzielle Stimulierungsprogramm und die Verwaltung des Rettungsprogramms QE4 (quantitative Lockerung) ausgewählt und „hilft“ der Fed beim Kauf von Anleihen und Wertpapieren in Milliardenhöhe, um die Unternehmen zu stützen, die die globale kapitalistische Wirtschaft beherrschen, sowie bei der „Stabilisierung des Anleihemarktes“, einem der wichtigsten Instrumente der Geldpolitik.
„Quantitative Lockerung“ nennt man es, wenn die Federal Reserve direkt vom US-Finanzministerium ausgegebene Schuldtitel oder durch Hypotheken gesicherte Schuldtitel kauft, die in irgendeiner Weise gegen einen Zahlungsausfall der Regierung abgesichert sind.
Dies ist jedoch nicht die einzige Besonderheit, denn BlackRock übt weltweit einen immensen politischen Einfluss aus. BlackRock ist der führende Gläubiger der Schulden des Globalen Südens, zum Beispiel durch seine Rolle in der argentinischen Schuldenkrise und seine starke Hand bei ihrer Neuverhandlung.
BlackRock ist nicht nur Anteilseigner großer Finanz- und Pharmaunternehmen, militärisch-industrieller Giganten und Medienkonzerne, sondern ehemalige Spitzenfunktionäre der Firma besetzen zudem wechselnde Positionen im Weißen Haus. In der Regierung von Joe Biden sind drei zu finden: der stellvertretende Finanzminister Wally Adeyemo, der leitende Berater des Finanzministeriums für Wirtschaftsfragen in Bezug auf Russland und die Ukraine Eric van Nostrand, und Mike Pyle, leitender Wirtschaftsberater von Vizepräsidentin Kamala Harris.
Brian Deese war bis Februar 2023 Direktor des Nationalen Wirtschaftsrats der USA. Thomas Donilon, Präsident der Research-Abteilung von BlackRock, war langjähriger nationaler Sicherheitsberater von Barack Obama, während sein Bruder Mike Chefstratege der Präsidentschaftskampagne von Joe Biden war und später zum leitenden Berater in dessen Regierung ernannt wurde. Zu den leitenden Angestellten von BlackRock gehören mehrere pensionierte CIA-Offiziere, und das Unternehmen selbst finanziert den von der Central Intelligence Agency eingerichteten Risikokapitalfonds In-Q-Tel.
Korruption in der Ukraine zählt
Berichten aus Kiew zufolge sind Beamte, die wiederholt der Korruption beschuldigt wurden, an der Umsetzung des Deals beteiligt: die ehemalige Leiterin der ukrainischen Nationalbank Valeria Gontareva, die ehemalige Leiterin des ukrainischen Finanzministeriums (eine US-Bürgerin) Natalia Yaresko und natürlich der Förderer der Interessen von George Soros in der Ukraine, Viktor Pinchuk, ein Milliardär, dem es gelungen ist, der „Entoligarchisierung“ zu entrinnen, Schwiegersohn des zweiten ukrainischen Präsidenten Leonid Kutschma.
Das fehlende Puzzleteil ist die Herkunft des Geldes, mit dem die ukrainische Regierung den Beratungsdienst für BlackRock bezahlen wird – dessen globale Agenda ganz sicher nicht die der Nächstenliebe ist. Die Antwort lautet: Es stammt aus den Steuern der westlichen Demokratien: von den amerikanischen Steuerzahlern, die bereits für die ukrainischen Militärausgaben in Höhe von 13 Milliarden Dollar bis 2022 bezahlt haben, und von der Erhöhung der Militärausgaben auf 2 Prozent des BIP in den allgemeinen Haushalten der EU-Länder.

It’s fascinating to see how these patriotic/independent #journalists are now playing a role similar to the former political commissars in the USSR, all of them, in their own way, deeply committed to guiding Russian society towards draining the swamp, slowly but surely.
It’s clear Putin not only understands their role but sometimes, “shock to the system-style”, the system he presides actually implements the journalists’ suggestions. As a foreign correspondent working all over the world for nearly 40 years now, I have been quite impressed by the way Russian journalists may enjoy a degree of #freedom unimaginable in most latitudes of the collective West.

"Ed Dowd has focused on utilizing a narrower set of evidence and tying it to one of the most persuasive arguments currently available for shifting the narrative. A statistically impossible spike in sudden deaths has occurred in the healthiest segment of the population and has happened in tandem with a spike in disability (this is why we are now having labor shortages)."
Dowd is intent on bringing global attention to this surge in deaths and disability that has occurred since the COVID-19 shot campaign rolled out, and he's not willing to let anyone, or any entity, stop him.
