Those were the beginnings a year and a half ago. There was still an ‘us’. The partnership broke up in spring. 🥺 After a few very uncertain months, one thing is certain: we will continue. With me as the only person and on a smaller scale. After all. 😊 But my dream of a #bird and #insect #paradise, which can also serve as a #utilitygarden, is becoming a reality after all. And that in #Lauterbach. A heartfelt thank you to #faltercomix and my ‘little’ brother. Here's to a new one!

Unconventional or less commonly discussed natural approaches to health and well-being.
Forest Bathing (#Shinrin-Yoku):
Spend time in nature, especially in forests, to reduce stress and improve mood.
Studies suggest that being in a natural environment can lower blood pressure and boost immune function.
#Grounding (Earthing):
Walk barefoot on natural surfaces like grass, sand, or dirt.
Some research suggests that grounding can reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being.
Adaptogenic Herbs:
#Herbs like ashwagandha, rhodiola, and holy basil can help the body adapt to stress and maintain balance.
These herbs may improve energy levels, reduce fatigue, and enhance mental clarity.
Intermittent #Fasting:
Practice eating patterns that cycle between periods of fasting and eating.
Intermittent fasting can improve metabolic health, support weight loss, and enhance cellular repair processes.
Cold Exposure (Cryotherapy):
Expose your body to cold temperatures through methods like cold showers, ice baths, or #cryotherapy chambers.
Cold exposure can boost circulation, reduce #inflammation, and enhance #mood and #energy levels.
#Sauna Therapy:
Regular use of saunas can improve #cardiovascular health, #detoxify the body, and enhance #relaxation.
Infrared saunas are particularly popular for their deep-penetrating heat.
Probiotic-Rich Foods:
Consume fermented foods like kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, and kombucha to support gut health.
A healthy gut #microbiome is linked to improved #immunity, mood, and overall health.
Mind-Body Practices:
Explore practices like Tai Chi, Qigong, or Reiki for their holistic health benefits.
These practices can improve energy flow, reduce stress, and enhance physical and mental well-being.
Sound Therapy:
Use #sound #healing techniques such as listening to binaural beats, Tibetan singing bowls, or gong baths.
Sound therapy can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve emotional balance.
Essential Oils and #Aromatherapy:
Use essential oils like #lavender, #eucalyptus, or #peppermint for their therapeutic properties.
Aromatherapy can enhance mood, improve sleep, and support #respiratory #health.
#Hydrotherapy:
Incorporate hydrotherapy techniques like hot and cold contrast showers, Epsom salt baths, or steam inhalation.
Hydrotherapy can improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and detoxify the body.
Biohacking Practices:
Explore #biohacking techniques like red light therapy, nootropics, or personalized nutrition plans.
These practices aim to optimize physical and #cognitive #performance.
These approaches can complement traditional health practices and offer additional benefits. However, it's essential to research and consult with healthcare professionals before trying new methods, especially if you have underlying health conditions.

#Vegetables are the most important source of nutrients nature has to offer. It provides alkaline-forming minerals, energizing proteins and a multitude of cell-protecting vitamins and secondary plant substances – with a really low calorie and sugar content. In addition, there are dietary fibers and enzymes which we need to ensure regular digestion. Greens such as leafy vegetables and salad should account for the major part of our diet as they reveal a wide range of nutrients and are good chlorophyll suppliers.
#Grasses unite all benefits of green vegetables in themselves –even exceeding them. Edible types include types such as wheat grass, barley grass, oat grass, couch grass and field horsetail. Some of them are available in health food stores but they can also be taken in as food supplements.
#Sprouts and germlings from the seeds of corn, legumes and other plants are loaded with minerals, vitamins, proteins and enzymes. In addition, they are more wholesome than raw or cooked peas, lentils and so on. Homegrown sprouts and germlings can usually be harvested within a few days and guarantee absolute freshness all over the year.
#Soy in the form of soybean sprouts as well as tofu is an excellent source of proteins and contains a number of unique secondary plant substances protecting not only the cells.
#Nuts, seeds and oils made of them provide valuable fatty acids. If you soak almonds, sesame or linseeds, you can even increase their nutritional value as the water activates the enzymes contained therein.
#Omega-3 fatty acids are important for maintaining heart and brain health. Omega-3 fatty acids are readily available in a wide variety of plant foods. Sources include walnuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, edamame, seaweed, and algae. Other green leafy vegetables and beans also contain small amounts.
#Herbs and #spices refine every dish and lend some extra health to it. Fresh green herbs provide us with an additional portion of chlorophyll. Garlic, onions and ginger in turn combat harmful micro organisms, and chili, cayenne and cumin stimulate digestion.

Coriander has been used for thousands of years all over the world. They even found it in King Tutankhamun's tomb. Apparently, his mummy used to cook with it.
