Above that, some 20 helicopters were seen moving forward n and out of this US embassy in #Baghdad.
This is on top of the 2500 troops #Biden has ordered to be sent to Iraq and #Syria.
Some reports mention US preparing for a military confrontation with the Russian troops in Syria, others say that the reinforcement is part of the Biden's plan to confront Iran that is trying to disrupt the US theft of Syrian oil in the past few days.
Last week, #Qaani, the commander of #IRGC task force who replaced General #Soleimani, the assassinated leader of the group by the order of #Trump almost 3,5 years ago. Qaani seems to have talked with various Shia militia in Iraq asking them to stop provoking Americans to prevent US using that as an excuse to attack Syria and Iran in coordition with #Israel.

A large ammonition storage facility in occupied Syrian belonging to US "friendly" rebel was destroyed during the past few nights rocket and done attacks by pro-Syrian government forces
No one has claimed responsibility for the recent attacks, and none of the explosions has been inside the military bases of US occupation forces in Syria, but Lebanese Hezbollah and Iranian IRGC sources claim that the facilities were used by Pentagon to store large amount of missiles, anti aircraft missiles and artillery munitions in preparation of what seems to be a coordinated attack by US, CIA/Pentagon revels and Israel against Syrian government as well as groups supporting Assad's regime.

The ISIS is stepping up it's activities in Syria and targeting Sia Muslim citizens and Syrian military.

(how dare they?) : A Russian fighter jet flew within meters of a US MQ-9 drone in Syria and fired flares at it, hitting and damaging the US aircraft, the US military says.
The head of the US Air Force Central commented on this:
"We call on the Russian forces in Syria to immediately stop this reckless, unprovoked and unprofessional behaviour."
The drone was able to return to its base.

#Israel may be about to export its workhorse #Merkava tank for the first time.
Reports say Israel is in talks to sell the tank to a European and a Middle Eastern country.
The European nation in question is actually #Cyprus, according to Israeli newspaper #Haaretz, which in June cited an unnamed Cypriot official who said negotiations are underway. The Arab nation is #Morocco, Spanish outlet El Espanol reported this month.
Exporting the Merkava raises sensitive political issues. For Morocco, acquiring an Israeli tank would be a highly visible symbol of its relatively cordial relationship with Israel. Morocco is also fighting #Polisario insurgents, who are backed by neighboring Algeria, in the Western #Sahara. This raises the possibility of one Arab state employing Israeli arms against another.
With Cyprus, Israel would be selling tanks to a nation that has tense relations with #Turkey, which invaded the northern half of Cyprus in 1974. Relations between Israel and the government of Turkish President Recep #Erdogan are often contentious. (The US ending its longstanding arms embargo on Cyprus in 2022 also triggered speculation that Cyprus' Russian-made arms could go to #Ukraine.)
Nonetheless, the timing is propitious for Israel. #Russia's invasion of Ukraine has spurred Europe to rearm its depleted militaries. Eastern European nations are sending many of their aging #Soviet- and Russian-designed tanks to the Ukrainians, which means the donors will be shopping for affordable replacements — likely older tanks with a non-Russian design.
The question is whether Israel will sell Merkavas to Ukraine. For now, the answer is no. Israel is wary of antagonizing Russia, for fear that Russian forces in #Syria will interfere with Israel's airstrikes against Iranian and #Hezbollah targets there. Russia can also send advanced weapons, particularly S-400 anti-aircraft missiles, to Israel's arch-enemy, #Iran.

US preparing to deploy 2,500 troops to Syria
The 10th Mountain Division, consisting of 2,500 troops, are being deployed to #Syria and Iraq for the next 9 months as part of Operation Inherent Resolve, the official designated military operation to defeat ISIS. (ISIS my ass).

Frauen wurden vergewaltigt, Kinder verängstigt, ein ganzes Volk traumatisiert. Wenn die Kämpfe so weitergehen, ist die Ukraine bald ein entvölkertes, zerstörtes Land. Und auch viele Menschen in ganz Europa haben Angst vor einer Ausweitung des Krieges. Sie fürchten um ihre und die Zukunft ihrer Kinder.
Die von Russland brutal überfallene ukrainische Bevölkerung braucht unsere Solidarität. Aber was wäre jetzt solidarisch? Wie lange noch soll auf dem Schlachtfeld Ukraine gekämpft und gestorben werden? Und was ist jetzt, ein Jahr danach, eigentlich das Ziel dieses Krieges? Die deutsche Außenministerin sprach jüngst davon, dass „wir“ einen „Krieg gegen Russland“ führen. Im Ernst?
Präsident Selenskyj macht aus seinem Ziel kein Geheimnis. Nach den zugesagten Panzern fordert er jetzt auch Kampfjets, Langstreckenraketen und Kriegsschiffe – um Russland auf ganzer Linie zu besiegen? Noch versichert der deutsche Kanzler, er wolle weder Kampfjets noch „Bodentruppen“ senden. Doch wie viele „rote Linien“ wurden in den letzten Monaten schon überschritten?
Es ist zu befürchten, dass Putin spätestens bei einem Angriff auf die Krim zu einem maximalen Gegenschlag ausholt. Geraten wir dann unaufhaltsam auf eine Rutschbahn Richtung Weltkrieg und Atomkrieg? Es wäre nicht der erste große Krieg, der so begonnen hat. Aber es wäre vielleicht der letzte.
Die Ukraine kann zwar – unterstützt durch den Westen – einzelne Schlachten gewinnen. Aber sie kann gegen die größte Atommacht der Welt keinen Krieg gewinnen. Das sagt auch der höchste Militär der USA, General Milley. Er spricht von einer Pattsituation, in der keine Seite militärisch siegen und der Krieg nur am Verhandlungstisch beendet werden kann. Warum dann nicht jetzt? Sofort!
Verhandeln heißt nicht kapitulieren. Verhandeln heißt, Kompromisse machen, auf beiden Seiten. Mit dem Ziel, weitere Hunderttausende Tote und Schlimmeres zu verhindern. Das meinen auch wir, meint auch die Hälfte der deutschen Bevölkerung. Es ist Zeit, uns zuzuhören!
Wir Bürgerinnen und Bürger Deutschlands können nicht direkt auf Amerika und Russland oder auf unsere europäischen Nachbarn einwirken. Doch wir können und müssen unsere Regierung und den Kanzler in die Pflicht nehmen und ihn an seinen Schwur erinnern: „Schaden vom deutschen Volk wenden“.
Wir fordern den Bundeskanzler auf, die Eskalation der Waffenlieferungen zu stoppen. Jetzt! Er sollte sich auf deutscher wie europäischer Ebene an die Spitze einer starken Allianz für einen Waffenstillstand und für Friedensverhandlungen setzen. Jetzt! Denn jeder verlorene Tag kostet bis zu 1.000 weitere Menschenleben – und bringt uns einem 3. Weltkrieg näher.
