I remember back when I left Facebook and the rest 10 years ago, how people had become aware that What was to become #Meta would have the rights to use your images and what you wrote. Back then I couldn't exactly see why, but now I can. Meat for the deep learning meat grinder.

#Adobe and #Microsoft are telling people in so many words that what you actually pay for will now also be a goddam stealing machine. Stealing from YOU :)

HAHA! So glad I got out of that shit ages ago.

Prior to Middleton’s admission, the photo raised some questions. It was certainly possible that it was just a shitty Photoshop used to stitch together several photos so that the best expression on each person’s face was used. (Children are notorious for being difficult to photograph.) But the job is so clumsy, particularly around the hands, that one had to wonder if the intent was to keep us all talking about Middleton’s prolonged absence.

Es sieht so aus, als würde es diesmal mit dem Absprung von #Adobe klappen. #Darktable4 macht eine gute Figur. Sogar das Problem das mit den Roh-Daten aus der Lumix LX5 hat sich auf wundersame Weise nach einer Datenbank-Wartung erledigt.
Das sieht schlecht aus für #Lightroom. Ganz schlecht.
PS habe ich eh kaum noch gebraucht. Und falls sich das mal ändert - da wäre ja noch ein Zweit-Rechner. Hüstel.
Jedenfalls kommen DT und ich im Moment jeden Tag ein bisschen besser miteinander klar.
