The #question now should be what is #knowledge and how do we reform the #education #system so that it can still impart real knowledge despite modern technology? However, I don't see that happening because the only #solution is for teachers to work harder and #test individually. Standard tests that can be evaluated automatically are already used to test how well students can #cheat.

Habe ich probiert. Der normale Berater kapiert gar nicht worum es geht und die Leute vom Fach werden dir niemals Zahlen nennen. Es gab mal Reporter die herausfinden wollten wie hoch die Absicherung der Banken ist. Im EU-Raum werden dir deine Spareinlagen bis €100.000 garantiert selbst wenn die Bank pleite geht. Angeblich sind dir Rücklagen für diese Versicherung so gering, dass nicht mal eine Kleinstbank pleite gehen darf.

Ja, zumindest sind 100.000 € Einlagen EU-weit garantiert (daneben auch noch ein bestimmter Betrag aus Wertpapiergeschäften). Notfalls muss der Staat einspringen. Es ist aber nur die gesetliche Regelung, daneben gibt es noch freiwillige Einlagensicherungen bei Banken. Volksbanken und Sparkassen haben Systeme, die alle Einlagen sicherstellen sollen. Wenn ein Großteil der Institute auf einmal plötzlich pleite ist, dann würde dies natürlich nicht klappen. Oder wie in Bulgarien, wo eine Großbank Pleite ging, konnte man nicht innerhalb der gesetzlich bestimmten Zeit die Gelder auszahlen (weil die Rücklagen im Fonds nicht ausreichten). Der EuGH stellte dann fest, dass dies eine Vertragsverletzung ist (also durch Bulgarien). Die 100.000 haben die Leute bekommen, nur paar Wochen später.
