Tag der Zivilcourage

Seit dem Frühjahr sind die (wenigen) Aktiven von Aktion Freiheit statt Angst wieder regelmäßig auf der Straße. Unsere früher mindestens einmal wöchentlich übliche Aktivität hatten wir nach Corona bis zum Sommer noch nicht wieder erreicht. Doch im September sind wir mit Antikriegstag-Demo, Teilnahme an der Engagementwoche und den Mahnwachen für Julian Assange wieder voll dabei.

Am kommenden Montag werden wir mit einem Infostand auf dem Tag der Zivilcourage auf dem Leopoldplatz präsent sein. Wir wollen mit den Besuchern über unsere Themen sprechen, Flyer verteilen und gemeinsam Buttons produzieren.
Was ist der Tag der Zivilcourage?

TAG DER ZIVILCOURAGE , Montag, 19. September 2022, 13:00 – 18:00 Uhr

Zum fünften Mal findet auf dem Leopoldplatz in Berlin-Wedding der bundesweit begangene Tag der Zivilcourage statt. Vor elf Jahren richtete in Bremen der Verein „Tu was! Zeig Zivilcourage“ erstmals am 19. September den Tag der Zivilcourage aus. Inzwischen finden zu diesem Aktionstag in ganz Deutschland Veranstaltungen statt.

Auch in Berlin wollen wir wieder an diesem Tag Mut machen und Handlungsideen mitgeben, um Zivilcourage zeigen zu können. Denn ein tolerantes und friedliches Miteinander in demokratischen Verhältnissen und die Achtung von Menschenwürde und Menschenrechten gibt es nicht umsonst. Dafür braucht es Zivilcourage. Toleranz, Demokratie und Frieden sind nicht selbstverständlich, vielmehr müssen wir alle etwas dafür tun. Jede und jeder ist gefordert, hinzusehen und deutlich Grenzen zu setzen, wenn Menschen diskriminiert, gemobbt und in ihrer Menschenwürde verletzt werden, ob im Alltag, am Arbeitsplatz oder in der Nachbarschaft.

Aber es braucht Mut, um mit Zivilcourage dem Hass entgegenzutreten und sich gegen Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Antiziganismus, Sexismus, Sozialchauvinismus, Gewalt und Gleichgültigkeit zu stellen. Zivilcourage muss eingeübt werden, um zu einer selbstverständlichen Haltung, einem gelebten Ethos zu werden. Sie braucht gesellschaftliches Engagement, um Schutzrechte zu stärken und Menschen die Angst zu nehmen. Sie braucht die Förderung von Empathiefähigkeit und Mitgefühl für andere, um sich für Benachteiligte einzusetzen und Menschen in Not zu helfen.

Aktuell werden wir im Rahmen des Bühnenprogramms auch über die Situation von Geflüchteten aus der Ukraine sprechen, insbesondere auch über die Situation von Geflüchteten aus Drittstaaten wie aus den afrikanischen Ländern. Dazu erwarten wir u.a. die Integrationsbeauftragte des Berliner Senats, Katarina Niewiedzial. Außerdem haben sich angekündigt: Annika Klose, MdB für Berlin-Mitte (SPD), Hanna Steinmüller, MdB für Berlin-Mitte (Die Grünen), Elif Eralp, MdA (Die Linke), Tuba Bozkurt, MdA (Die Grünen), Tobias Schulze, MdA (Die Linke).

An Infoständen besteht die Möglichkeit, mit Aktiven aus Vereinen, die sich für Geflüchtete aus der Ukraine einsetzen, sowie mit vielen weiteren Aktiven des couragierten zivilgesellschaftlichen Engagements in Berlin ins Gespräch zu kommen. Außerdem wird es vielseitige Mitmachangebote für Kinder, Schüler*innen und Erwachsene geben.

Berliner Polizist wegen rassistisch motiviertem Angriff verurteilt

Für die Rückholung des Opfers der Gewalttat nach Deutschland

Mehrfach hatten wir vor einigen Jahren über rechtsextrme (Brand-) Anschläge gegen Linke Lokalpolitiker und zivilgesellschaftlich Aktive in Berlin Neukölln berichtet. Jahrelang gab es dazu keine Ermittlungserfolge. In einem ganz anderen Zusammenhang ist nun einer der Ermittler wegen eines rassistisch motivierten Angriffs verurtelt worden.

Als Mitglied im Flüchtlingsrat Berlin zitieren wir hier die gemeinsam Pressemitteilung zusammen mit der Kampagne für Opfer rassistischer Polizeigewalt (KOP), ReachOut und PRO ASYL vom 6. Mai.

Berliner Polizist wegen rassistisch motiviertem Angriff verurteilt

Anlässlich des heutigen Urteils des Amtsgerichts Tiergarten gegen den Polizisten Stefan K. und zwei Mitangeklagte wegen eines gewalttätigen Angriffs auf den Afghanen Jamil Amadi fordern verschiedene Organisationen die Rückholung und Entschädigung des Opfers aus Afghanistan, disziplinarrechtliche Konsequenzen für den Haupttäter Stefan K. sowie einen besseren Schutz für Opfer von Hasskriminalität.

Auf dem Heimweg von einem Fußballspiel von Union Berlin im April 2017 gingen drei Männer am Berliner S-Bahnhof Karlshorst auf den Asylsuchenden Jamil Amadi los und verletzten ihn schwer. Jamil Amadi ist seit dem Überfall traumatisiert.

Einer der Täter ist der Polizist Stefan K., der an diesem Abend nicht im Dienst, sondern privat unterwegs war. Stefan K. war bis 2016 bei der Berliner Polizei ausgerechnet in der Ermittlungsgruppe Rechtsextremismus (EG Rex) eingesetzt. Diese Sondereinheit der Berliner Polizei war für die Ermittlung der bis heute nicht aufgeklärten rechtsterroristischen Anschlagserie in Neukölln zuständig.

Obwohl das Strafverfahren gegen die Täter noch nicht abgeschlossen war, ließ der damalige Innensenator Andreas Geisel den gesundheitlich stark angeschlagenen Jamil Amadi im März 2020 nach Afghanistan abschieben – zu einer Zeit, in der wegen der Corona-Pandemie der Flugverkehr stark eingeschränkt war und die Auswirkungen der Pandemie in dem Land noch nicht absehbar waren.

Fünf Jahre nach der Tat und coronabedingter Verhandlungspause wurde der Strafprozess gegen Stefan K. und seine Mittäter am Amtsgericht Tiergarten fortgesetzt und heute das Urteil bekannt gegeben. Das Gericht bestätigte die rassistische Motivation des Übergriffs und verurteilte die Täter zu einer Geldstrafe von 120 Tagessätzen à 80 Euro bzw. einer Freiheitsstrafe von 6 Monaten auf 3 Jahre Bewährung für einen der Mittäter.

PRO ASYL, ReachOut, KOP und der Flüchtlingsrat Berlin zeigen sich tief enttäuscht über die Milde des Urteils.

„Es ist ein Skandal, dass Jamil Amadis Leben zerstört wurde und die Täter nicht angemessen zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden, obwohl das rassistische Tatmotiv gerichtlich anerkannt wurde“, so Samiullah Hadizada vom Flüchtlingsrat Berlin.

„Auch, wenn die Täter nun bestraft werden, bringt es Jamil Amadi nicht zurück nach Berlin“, so Hadizada weiter und fordert sofortige Bemühungen, Amadi aus Afghanistan zurück nach Deutschland zu holen.

„Die Berliner Innensenatorin Iris Spranger muss jetzt den Fehler ihres Vorgängers korrigieren und durch eine Rückholung von Jamil Amadi ein klares Signal gegen Hasskriminalität und für den Opferschutz senden“, ergänzt Biplab Basu von der Kampagne für Opfer rassistischer Polizeigewalt (KOP).

„Wer in Deutschland Opfer von Hasskriminalität wird, muss ein sofortiges Bleiberecht erhalten. Die Betroffenen im Laufe eines Gerichtsverfahrens gegen ihre Peiniger abzuschieben, schadet der Aufklärung des Vorfalls und lässt die seelischen und körperlichen Wunden außer Acht, die solche Gewalttaten bei den Menschen anrichten“, mahnt Günter Burkhardt, Geschäftsführer von PRO ASYL.

Die Kampagne für Opfer rassistischer Polizeigewalt (KOP), ReachOut, PRO ASYL und der Flüchtlingsrat Berlin stellen folgende Forderungen:

• Jamil Amadi muss umgehend aus Afghanistan nach Berlin geholt werden.
• Wir verurteilen die Entscheidung des Berliner Innensenators Geisel, der die Abschiebung von Jamil Amadi im März 2020 zu verantworten hat.
• Der Berliner Senat, der Amadi als Opfer rassistischer
• Hasskriminalität während einer globalen Pandemie nach Afghanistan abgeschoben hat, muss Verantwortung übernehmen und ihm ein Bleiberecht erteilen.
• Alle Opfer rassistischer Gewalt brauchen ein generelles Bleiberecht.

Stefan K. hat das durch die massiven Ermittlungsfehler bei der Aufklärung des Neukölln Komplexes ohnehin schwer erschütterte öffentliche Vertrauen in die Polizei zusätzlich beschädigt. Das milde Urteil trägt nicht dazu bei, dieses wiederherzustellen. Umso wichtiger ist es jetzt, dass die Polizeipräsidentin disziplinarrechtliche Konsequenzen gegen Stefan K. zieht.

Dopo essermi visto chiudere pod microdata di siti dove ho perso tutto il lavoro di settimane e i byte della comunicazione, ( POTRAI PENSARE CHE NON SIA LAVORO IL MIO, IO INVECE DENUNCIO IL LORO FALSO LAVORO CRIMINALE E OMISSIVO, IO SONO UNA PERSONA SOLA E RACCONTO QUESTO DOPO ESSERE STATO INDAGATO, DEPRIVATO, IN PERICOLO E CHIEDO LE PROVE OVUNQUE QUI IN EUROPA, LORO DICHIARANO IRRICEVIBILE OVUNQUE SENZA MAI CONDIVIDERE LE PROVE, A LORO LAVORANO? IO SONO MOLTO SCETTICO DEL LORO FRAUDOLENTO PASSATO LAVORATIVO), dopo essere stato bannato da linkedin e altri siti che ti propongono blog gratuiti, mi vedo le problematiche anche sulle recensioni google maps riscontrando che google mi ha tolto la possibilità di cliccare sulle foto già inserite per poter visualizzare i documenti in modalità di lettura cosi che gli utenti non possano vedere quanto informo le istituzioni italiane e europee, istituzioni corrotte italiane e non solo che fanno finta di non sapere come facevano i soldi illegali condannando i poveri cittadini,

Dopo essermi visto chiudere pod microdata di siti dove ho perso tutto il lavoro di settimane e i byte della comunicazione, ( POTRAI PENSARE CHE NON SIA LAVORO IL MIO, IO INVECE DENUNCIO IL LORO FALSO LAVORO CRIMINALE E OMISSIVO, IO SONO UNA PERSONA SOLA E RACCONTO QUESTO DOPO ESSERE STATO INDAGATO, DEPRIVATO, IN PERICOLO E CHIEDO LE PROVE OVUNQUE QUI IN EUROPA, LORO DICHIARANO IRRICEVIBILE OVUNQUE SENZA MAI CONDIVIDERE LE PROVE, A LORO LAVORANO? IO SONO MOLTO SCETTICO DEL LORO FRAUDOLENTO PASSATO LAVORATIVO), dopo essere stato bannato da linkedin e altri siti che ti propongono blog gratuiti, mi vedo le problematiche anche sulle recensioni google maps riscontrando che google mi ha tolto la possibilità di cliccare sulle foto già inserite per poter visualizzare i documenti in modalità di lettura cosi che gli utenti non possano vedere quanto informo le istituzioni italiane e europee, istituzioni corrotte italiane e non solo che fanno finta di non sapere come facevano i soldi illegali condannando i poveri cittadini,

Dopo essermi visto chiudere pod microdata di siti dove ho perso tutto il lavoro di settimane e i byte della comunicazione, ( POTRAI PENSARE CHE NON SIA LAVORO IL MIO, IO INVECE DENUNCIO IL LORO FALSO LAVORO CRIMINALE E OMISSIVO, IO SONO UNA PERSONA SOLA E RACCONTO QUESTO DOPO ESSERE STATO INDAGATO, DEPRIVATO, IN PERICOLO E CHIEDO LE PROVE OVUNQUE QUI IN EUROPA, LORO DICHIARANO IRRICEVIBILE OVUNQUE SENZA MAI CONDIVIDERE LE PROVE, A LORO LAVORANO? IO SONO MOLTO SCETTICO DEL LORO FRAUDOLENTO PASSATO LAVORATIVO), dopo essere stato bannato da linkedin e altri siti che ti propongono blog gratuiti, mi vedo le problematiche anche sulle recensioni google maps riscontrando che google mi ha tolto la possibilità di cliccare sulle foto già inserite per poter visualizzare i documenti in modalità di lettura cosi che gli utenti non possano vedere quanto informo le istituzioni italiane e europee, istituzioni corrotte italiane e non solo che fanno finta di non sapere come facevano i soldi illegali condannando i poveri cittadini,
